.Oh gosh, what can I say about myself ~~~ been married twice, once to a physician who is deceased and once to a high school principal (for 24yrs). I am a vibrant 67yo and love life. I do like being with that special someone, cooking, walks in the mountains or beach, hugging, holding each other. Sunsets & sunrises, all kinds of music & travel. Dependable, monogamous & a wicked sense of humor. Like to exercise & try to do so at least 3days a week. I would like to think I am like fine wine ~~~just get better with age. There are no problems which can not be solved while sipping a glass of wine and watching the tide come in. I am a retired nurse and tend to want to "take care of people:.

Live alone, eat alone and drive around alone. Rarely date and there are days I don't leave my house. Health is fairly good for a 74 yr old. I enjoy going to concerts (haven't been to one in years) I like to make short trips around Augusta for sight seeing and variety of scenery. Like music from the 50's and 60's. Enjoy almost any kind of movie. I do not like plays. I enjoy cooking and watching tv ( which I do a lot because of lack of company to do anything else) and enjoy watching food channel and sometimes try some of their recipes when I feel adventurous. Hate being alone all the time. I'd like company occassionally for dating and dining out, short trips, movies. Even just talking on the phone would be nice.

Hhhmmmm, I'm a happy person loving life. It's all good and what I have determined is...it's all going to be OK! Truly, no matter the circumstances in which we find ourselves involved.

I've read so many profiles and they all sound alike. We're all looking for someone with whom we can spend time with and enjoy ourselves. Why is it so difficult to find that person? What is it that one person possesses that another doesn't??? Intriguing, to say the least, that is attempting to find the sexual attraction, intelligence, life affairs in order, older children equipped to manage themselves and their lives. When we were younger we had an ocean of people to choose from, in our mid-thirties to forties that turned into a pond of options, NOW it feels like a mud puddle!

Enough of rambling, I’m going to drink a beer, watch the river flow downstream and enjoy the gorgeous sunset over the water. Lastly, I hope whatever you’re doing it brings you joy and peace.

Iam anoutdoor guy that likes the lake, golfing, cooking out, volunteering and handyman stuf

I consider myself easy to get along with, funny at times and a good listener. My life at present seems to revolve around work, that and excerise keep me on even keel. I try to get a workout in every day, but i don't let it stop me from living. I have 2 kids that I'm quite proud of, who have grown into fine adults. At times in life I have done a bit of traveling, but lately I've turned into a homebody.Probably due to a lack of a companion, altough I'm not totally against venturing out on my own.Sometimes you just have to get away to refresh your perspective.I have some core values or principles, that I have no doubt cost me a relationship or two. But in the end you have to be true to who you are. I'm not much into the bar scene, that segment of the economy won't get much stimulation from me.But I don't mind a drink with a nice meal or an ocasional cold beer after a hot summers day. I've done a lot of things, but there is so much more yet to be experienced.

I am a fun loving, petite white female. I enjoy traveling, music, dancing, and quiet times. I am currently working in sales, but retired from the cardiovascular technology field and have also worked in the non-profit sector. I also travel with a country music artist as his road manager and merchandising manager.

I still work, play golf and enjoy out door activeity.

I am self employed and now easing my way towards retirement by cutting back on the amount of work I seek. I like to travel and plan on a couple of trips this year.
