I try to remember that most of what's going on in my life is because of a choice I made so if I don't like it, quit whining and make another choice. I recently realized I don't have enough fun (that all work not enough play thing), so its time to get out there and laugh and play a little. I think a little laughter can make a huge difference no matter what's going on in your life.

Recently retired and newly relocated to Glendale, AZ. Although I won't go sky diving again, once was enough, I consider myself adventurous and open to new interests. I enjoy travel, good red wine, dining out, movies, theatre and similar activities. I'm completely independent, have no baggage and I embrace all that life has to offer.

For starters, some instant deal breakers for me would be smoking, excessive use of alcohol and excessive use of profanity. I try to be a positive person. I like to see the glass as half full rather than half empty. I am currently retired.

Married to a slightly younger woman, who has zero sex drive (and I mean ZERO). On the same scale, mine is a ten or ten plus...HELP!!!

I'm a recently divorced 53 year Old Chicano male. I have 4 children 2 boys and 2 girls. all of them live on their own raising their own families. I love camping, fishing, sporting events, nightclubs, going to Las Vegas, going on vacation. I work hard play hard and rest hard! I am not the thinnest, smartest, best looking, or the woman in the best shape . I played hard when I was younger and with hard play came injuries. Yes, I've had to slow down due to some of the issues my injuries have left me with. Yes, you could do better and most of you will. But you will miss out on other things that I have to offer. I am a simple person, not trying to impress anybody. I am a very affectionate, honest, reliable, good listener, loving, caring, and loyal. I enjoy helping and doing for others, humans as well as animals. My weakness is dogs. I'm not afraid of working hard next to a partner, regardless of what the work is. The outdoor wilderness is where I prefer to be. Camping, fishing, boating, 4-wheeling, excellent passenger on a motorcycle, you name it, I'm for it. I'm very easy going and adaptable to any situation. I'm still a simple girl at heart.. My children and grandchildren have become the focal point of my life, but I would like to get back to other things that make me happy as well.

Laughter is important to me – to be able to laugh at life and myself and all the little bumps along the way. I am a spirited blue-eyed, down to earth person, who is caring, loveable, affectionate, will always put a smile on your face, and a bounce in your step. I don’t look my age at and will always stay young.

I like to cook and entertain friends, but I’m also quite comfortable in my own surroundings alone or alone and cooking for you, or we could be sipping wine at sunset on the patio or in front of a fireplace, while enjoying companionship, sharing thoughts or ideas, or learning more about each other.

Favorites/turn-ons: socializing with friends, laughter & smiles, self-confidence, holding hands, cozy fireplace, thunderstorms, starry nights & full moons, colorful flower beds, jeans, Harry Potter, & my beloved pets – kitties. Some things I like to do are: play at golf and remember to always keep it fun, brisk walks preferably with you and not alone, an avid gardener, attend cultural events of all kinds (Mesa’s new Cultural Arts Center provides a variety of events), bicycle rides, and home renovations.

I am retired military spent over twenty years in the U.S.Navy. I grew up in the San Francisco bay area and in Colorado. I am easygoing I like sports and outdoor activities except hunting. Having lived in Colorado and Hawaii I love the mountains and beach equally. I have s soft spot for animals and I have three dogs and a cat , all rescues.I also enjoy travel even after all the time in the Navy.

I love to travel, go to festivals, concerts, explore new avenues, and of course meet people although I may be a bit shy at first. I enjoy listening to live music, not much of a dancer but, I will get out on the dance floor. I have always liked going for walks. I play guitar. I used to be in a bar band in the 70's. I like watching sports, mainly football and baseball. Have been to some D-Backs games, a couple Suns games. Haven't been to a Cardinal game. Would like to go, if I had someone go with, hint hint lol. I have hiked some of the trails around the valley. Also a few trails around the state. Full disclosure, I haven't been hiking for a while. Again, would like to share the experience. I love to be out in the mountains or at the ocean and just walk. I like to camp, have done so by myself, not much fun. I like up north where it is cooler. At times I get lost driving around and find the best places. I have ridden horses & played golf not very good but had fun. I lived in Alaska for 12 years and have driven in and out. Loved it. I was born and raised in the north western part of Colorado. I have 2 mini Schnauzers who are spoiled. I like being out of doors and also just staying home and maybe having a BBQ. Or going out for a quiet dinner. I love to laugh and have a dry sense of humor. I try my best never to lie and want a man who feels the same. I do share a house with my son and his family. We do our best to make everyone welcome and hopefully you will feel part of our family. I love to laugh and smile. Am happy in a dress or shorts. I do wear glasses to read. I like to sit quietly, maybe have you holding me, and watch the moon or sun come up . I have not danced for along time I would love to .cuddle and watch tv or a movie.
