I have been told that I'm a bubbly person... happy ( 75% of the time) we all have are moments! I have a great sense of humor, cute, friendly, big heart....gets me in trouble sometimes! I took a survey once , asked all my friends and co-workers to best discribe me with only two adjectives as to what type of person I was and to my surprise. I got some interesting answers! Bubbly, funny, cute, pretty, fruit loop, silly, even smart! The negitive was....you'll have to find out! LOL!! Love my jeans but don't mind dressing up for the occasion and using my aquired equitette skills. I'm not into fancy but like nice things! We all do! I've been told I'm a neat freak! I say tidy! I am a retired firefighter from Grand Rapids Mi. I run a part time business from a building on my property in East Mesa. I have a cabin here in Strawberry which I spend most of the summer. It is a one and a half hour drive from door to door, yet seems like two different States. I have always enjoyed working and making improvements around the house. I Can spend hours working in the yard. I enjoy adventure and play time as well as I like working. Have all the boy toys to really enjoy fun time.

Telling it is like it is (like on CBS) I am a snow bird and spend part of my time back home in Wiscosnin and part of my time here at GoodLife RV Resort (age 55 plus) in Mesa, Az., the best of two worlds.. I been married twice, lost then both, the first one after being married nearly 54 years with a stroke, and the second one with a heart attack after being married nearly eight years nearly three years ago. So now I am looking to enjoy whatever time I have left with someone that is in decent health. I am in good health except for one thing, I am very hard of hearing.

I'm a kind and gentle man. Honest to a fault. I'm a early riser and one that you can sit your clock to. That means that I'm always on time. I'm a retired Air Force Sergeant, but before I went into the Air Force I spent 4 years on the U. S. Navy as a boiler tender and sailed around the world twice during that 4 years. I have bad knees and hips, but not bad enough to have the knees replaced. I still drive without getting lost. I'm kind of laid back, but not the lazy type. I can tell a very clean joke and again I tell some that one would say is kinda of off color if you get my drift. Ladies you have no fear that I will get into the off color jokes unles I prompted to do so. That is to say the if you should tell me a joke that all that clean I may just see if I can counter. I like to fish during he early morning hours when the weather is in my favor. And by the way I'm not afraid to bait my own hook and I will bait your hook if you like. When I was young man I was always singing as I toiled in the corn and cotton fields of Oklahoma.

What to say about myself? I was married for 36 years and miss the company and love of a good, affectionate man. I love going for long walks with someone who is not afraid to hold hands; picnics under the stars, listening to good music (country - the older kind). Love to dance, but am out of practice, love to kiss and be kissed and I laugh a lot (mostly at myself). Good friends are important to me and I'm lucky to have great ones.
I'm a good cook, but it's not as much fun cooking for one. I enjoy eating out once in awhile, trying out new restaurants with good friends.
I'm not into playing mind games, honesty is very important to me. I am not religious but am very spiritual and try to live my beliefs
My children, grand, and great grandchildren are what keeps me always smiling. I don't get to spend as much time with them as I'd love but they are never more than a phone call away.
