I am a very outgoing and young 55 year old. I am not a stay at home person. I love to spend time with family and friends. Love live music, dancing, Willie D's, Bonefish, Bar Louie, and YaYa's just to name a few. I'm usually out and about 3-4 times per week. Now that football season is upon up, you will find me on Saturdays tailgating and watching the hogs and red wolves playing!

To me having a huge sense of humor is one of the characteristics I look for in a partner. I'm absolutely the most drawn to the creative, artistic types or at least those who have an intense love for all those things such as music (especially jazz), the arts , books and everything involving the creative process. In essence a renaissance man. I've dabbled in acting, songwriting and been in a number of bands as a singer over the years and I still am pursuing those avenues and I prefer someone of the artsy type. I'd love to collaborate or just share the mutual love of the aforementioned with someone and heck, just get out there and explore some of the beauty of Arkansas and the world with a likeminded person. I am a caring and compassionate person who generally turns the other cheek and goes out of my way to make peace or have a good laugh.

I enjoy fine dining and home cooking, theater, movies, good TV, travel, wathcing an old movie on TV or football with my love while eating a tuna fish salad sandwich and shearing a bottle of wine, etc., etc.. Any thing done with the one you want to be with is always a good thing.

In faith I am a secular humanist. Buddha and Tao come nearer to my beliefs, but neither were on the avaliable list. I insist my partner believes as she wishes. As the Hindus, I believe all faiths are the right one.

I have been single and raising my kids for several years. They are grown and now have time to focus more on myself.
I can be spontaneous but enjoy my time at home as well. I like social events but they aren't a priority but I meet people with ease and enjoy family and friends.
Travel is importantant to me as I grew up doing so and don't think you can learn enough about the culture of others and would like to do more than have been able to recently.
When chemistry and attraction exists there is nothing more obvious. I'm looking for what may grow beyond that. Nothing forced. I'm looking for all those things that bring two people to become best friends and experience together what life has to share.

I love the outdoors and especially like to fish. I read a lot and love country music. I do work a lot and stay in touch with family and friends on the computer.

Enjoy life & all it has to offer & my life now is "almost" complete. I enjoy the beach, lake, water, walking, water, gardening, did I say I like water?, My weinie dogs, deck on a nice fall or spring night, fire in the winter, good book, popcorn, glass of wine. LAUGHTER! most of all, lots of laughter. Being silly. :-)

Know how to & when to dress (up). Love to dress up and be feminine, but like my boots, jeans & T shirt, so I guess I'm pretty much comfortable any way.
Love to travel - Can never decide if I like the mountains or beach better. Sitting on top of a mountain, in the early morning with a cup of coffee, watching the mist in the valley below and the sun coming up over the mountains... Or sitting at the waters edge with that same cup of coffee and watching the sunrise over the waters edge.. Hard decision, tough choice...Take the boat out, drop anchor, put music on, read a book. I work hard and like to relax when I can. Love to cook but don't do much now that I am "one", but for the right person?
There is nothing better than when that special person looks at you from across the room and you feel that look.

Dancing is very important to me! I like ballroom dancing, going to movies, and attending church. And, on holidays, I like to have my family and friends over for a home-cooked meal. I enjoyed growing up in a small southern town in Arkansas, where I was the drum major and led the high school band for two years. I play the piano, and I am a member of a dancing troupe of ladies over 60! We perform very enthusiastic tap, jazz, middle eastern, and clogging dancing routines at assisted living facilities and nursing home in the Greater Little Rock area at least once per month.

I enjoy flea markets, antique shopping, going to the lake, watching a good football, basketball or even baseball game. I enjoy hunting, fishing, riding motorcycles, and 4 wheelers. This is hard, to write about me. I have been single for 10 years and although I'm happy in the past year since my daugther is now in college, I decided to make a real effort to find a lady that would like to be my everything.I know that seems like alot but I am very picky and loyal so I ask for love, respect and a two way conversation (understanding). What I am passionate about is my family, my friends, soccer (I still play) Dancing, Travel, Photography, etc.I cook a little, love to grill and I am finacially stable.

I am a pretty average person. I grew up in a very rural family community in Oklahoma. I fought my way out of the country to become well educated but I will always be a country boy at heart. I try to stay up to date on what's happening in the world and interact with others. I have many interests - traveling, cooking, reading, woodworking, fishing and more. I am a self-taught computer programer and have written my own cookbook. I iron, don't mind housework and a great handyman (cars, appliances, etc.). I have been told that I would make a good wife if I were a woman. I am just very, very tired of being alone and need a serious relationship with a compatible woman. I live in a nice country home on 11 acres of land. I built the 2450 square foot home myself and it a great place to live. I built it for two retired people but unfortunately that never happened. I could relocate fairly easy but it would cause a problem with my income if I relocated out of state.
