I am new to Colorado, just moved here this past Dec. Spent the last 6 years in Michigan, formerly from North Dakota. I am a very easy going person, who loves family, the reason I moved here. I wear many hats on this hairless head. Have major experience in plumbing, carpentry, some electrical, and can build or fix anything except the crack of dawn or a broken heart.I farmed and raised cattle most fo my life, but always kept those other interests going. pI am outgoing, enjoying life as much as possible. I don't do the 'Black Diamonds' as aggressively as when I was younger. A sometimes skier, ride a mountain bike in and around the Metro area, besides in the mountains. Love to sail on Lake Granby during the summer months. I enjoy fine arts, theater, plays and an occasional movie. A nice dinner in or out, with a good bottle of wine, and fine company is a plus. Still very active, and like to travel on occasion. Have been enjoying taking day trips to southwest Colorado for the scenery, ride the narrow gauge railroads, and visit Mesa Verde.
I have returned to hiking in this fair state and am looking forward to hiking the areas west and south of Denver.

I consider myself a humble man, patient, people loving and God fearing.Quiet by nature, but can be very social when necessary.I feel as though I can hold a conversation with anyone, on any subject, at any time.I've always said that" I've never met a stranger in my life".But I'm not so naive to believe that everyone that I meet is my friend.Money and materialism are not high on my priority list.I've lived long enough to know that those things are just temporary fixes for pain and pleasure.I get more gratification from tending to the needs of others.My concept of love is different from most. I believe that love is an action, not so much a feeling.It's more about what one gives into, rather than what one receives from it.Unconditional acceptance, forgiveness, and tolerance are essential if a loving relationship is to last. Easier said than done, YES!But the benefits far outweigh the efforts. At least that's my philosophy.

Well let's see, this is probably the hardest part, I'm not hard to please! and don't ask anyone to be anything out of the norm, I think that you should make the most of everyday and try to do so, and I really do like to be easy to get along with! I also realize that everyone is differant and we shouldn't let that factor get away from us as we relate to one another....

I like sports as most guys do but not obcessed by it . I enjoy football and hockey the most. I still enjoy running and do a few races but mainly like to run Wash Park for the most part.
Ialso like to go to the gym 3-4 days a week to stay in decent shape.Like to go to the movies and
dine out . I have been blessed to of had a great partner before who lost a battle with breast cancer back in 1991 and seek to regain that relationship once again . They say lighting does stike twice .
