Hi! Thanks for viewing my profile. I’ve been back in Colorado for about 16 years after leaving Texas, the land of the fire ants and humidity. I still love Texas but really love being back in Colorado. While I was in Texas, I finished school, married, had a child, divorced, raised my son and got myself through school. When I was able, we moved back to Colorado. My son is a great guy, happily married and has 3 beautiful children that I love dearly (of course, right?). I love being outdoors in God's beautiful creation with the wind and sun in my face. I love animals, children, family, friends, soft lights, a fire and a good sense of humor - not necessarily in that order. I also like gardening and doing projects around the house but, frankly, I'm just tired of doing them by myself.

If you keep on doing what you've always done you will keep on being what you've always been, nothing really changes unless you make it change.

Perfect campsite or cabin would be in the mountains with a flowing stream next to it, or on a secluded beach. I live in the city due to my job, but prefer the solitude and nature in the country. I'll dress up for special occasions but my first choice is comfort! I like most kinds of music except opera, head-banging noise and rap. I believe 2-way communication, is essential to a successful relationship. I am an honest, logical, direct woman who likes to laugh and joke around. Cabin fever! Working from home is great, however it limits my social contacts. Thirteen year old grandson doesnt drive and is telling me I am like a helicopter.......I hover........I need to get out and about.
