I'm intelligent, fun, spontaneous, the outdoors/mountains stir my soul when I arrive there. I love the beaches and the ocean, warm weather (I lived on Maui in year-round summer and I still miss it), movies, theater, concerts/live music, documentaries, social events and museums. I laugh a lot, need good conversation with someone who knows how to listen, and I'm always trying to learn new things. I can be friendly or quiet, but I do love interesting conversation and new experiences. I love to read, hike, camp, water ski (anything outdoors really in the warm months); I like long walks, holding hands, PDAs. I love to travel (I used to work in the aviation field years ago) and see the glass half-full, love being busy with activities; I bead jewelry - the parks, picnics, cuddling with a glass of wine and my guy in front of the fireplace, and good ethnic food. I am passionate, grateful to have lived this long (I was a very good hippie-girl) to have a great family and friends to just spend time with, honest, have integrity, am open-hearted, and am glad to have no more alarm clocks, and hope I continue to grow..

Hi to all future friends . A little about myself.I am a conundrum.I can be shy and then be quite outgoing, adventurous or happy to stay home by myself. Intuitive, and smart but amazingly stupid at times. Very athletic and very lazy. You name it and Ying and Yang are alive and well in me. I tend to be easy going and love to laugh but I don't have a crude sense humor it's the sarcastic type. I am way too kind and accepting of others it is a quality that I have learned to curtail over the years. I love animals and since I live on acreage I have a small zoo. I am retired from an executive position running a not for profit; I now enjoy freedom of being an artist. I am a full time artist, well--- when it fits in with travel, volunteering, hiking, ECT. Thus I love the flexibility of retirement. Money is certainly not a priority, but I like not having to worry about selling my art for an income stream. I have been a caregiver for several years and currently starting an assisted living home. Before that I was in corporate and residential real estate for 23 years. Previous to that I was a professional musician and ski-patrolman.
I lived and traveled abroad opening me to other cultures, thinking, and refinement.

Chivalry is not dead, I exist. I am very easy keeper; I also live each day to the fullest, enjoy life and what it has to offer. Like a walk (I stroll because I walk so slowly) in the park or anywhere I enjoy being out doors with Mother Nature. Love to cook and watch sports in person and on TV, I’m a big baseball fan but enjoy all sports. Really love going out to fine dinning places, food is a down fall with me any kind, I love it all. I also believe that this world is my play ground, I go where I want when I want, love to travel and see different places. I volunteer at the Colorado State Veteran’s Nursing Home which I do enjoy the feeling I get from being there. The most important thing in my life is to enjoy everyday.
