I enjoy many recreational activities depending upon the season. I ski, snow shoe, road bike, hike, run, and do yoga.

I’m a creative, social woman. I’ve been involved in the visual arts in some way in all parts my life. From the graphic design, fine art prints and paintings. Now I get the creative fix from art openings and volunteer at the Denver Art Museum. I'm a social being and enjoy having dinner with friends and the conversation that flows. In the concerts in the parks or Botanical Gardens is always a good time. Travel is an adventure that ways reenergizes by batteries. It can be New Mexico road trip, a beach in Costa Rica or museums in Europe.

I am a single parent of a beautiful 16year old daughter, Im a 45 year old woman, I love to enjoy watching a good movie. I am spontanious, hard working passionate woman who knows what she wants in life, kind hearted and respectful. I treat people how i want to be treated. Havent dated in several years and looking for that type that knows how to respect a woman.

My family and friends are the most important thing in my life. I love spending time with my two grown daughters and a wonderful group of friends. Since retiring, I get to spend a lot of time doing my favorite things that include playing golf, traveling, trying new restaurants and wines, entertaining, dancing, watching movies, reading, and doing projects around my house. My friends and family would probably describe me as a caring, loyal, patient and fun-loving person.

After many years in the computer industry (from being a computer programmer to owning a computer consulting company) I retired to pursue my avocation... art. I now am an artist and co-owner of a co-op in the Art District on Santa Fe. I also volunteer at the Denver Art Museum and have been on the board of the Colorado Pastel Society for many years.
I enjoy traveling and many times it has been to paint. I speak french (poorly) and love to eat (oh, I meant cook :-) many cuisines. I enjoy variety and trying new things.

I am very out going. Love the outdoors. I like to take walks, movies, theater, dancing, country and oldies music. I also like to travel. I don't play games, and not looking for someone who does, we have enough drama in our lives we don't need anymore. My Children and Grandchildren are very important in my life and always will be. I am very family orientated and looking for a family oriented person as well. I like to hold hands and love a man to hold my door for me.

Transitioned from Boulder to Denver this summer...love my funky bungalow neighborhood! Former interior designer so love anything art related (I volunteer at the DAM)...also a bit of a foodie and love to explore new spots or cook at home. I'm a people person who enjoys conversation about just about anything. I love movies or concerts and have a bit of a passion for college football! Back in school right now for a master's, lot's of fun and work! Also like to entertain.

I enjoy walking, bicycling, swimming, bowling, hiking ( no 14ers!), dining out, music, dancing, and movies. My taste for music expands the scope of alternative rock, oldies, jazz, contemporary jazz, country and christian. I do like some classical pieces. I love the theatre and enjoy musicals, comedy and drama (drama only in the theatre not in my life :). I have a business and am always aspiring to expand it. I like the responsibility of being self employed and believe it drives me to a higher level of life. I am at heart optimistic and really do see the world as an experience that will bring both sadness and joy and that is what makes it real. My greatest strength is my loyalty. I am not quick to give it but once I do I am steadfast and committed. My faith is my identity. I know who I am in Christ and do not have to set out to prove worth to the world. I am kind, funny (very funny at times) and intelligent. I think with an analytical mind and am very articulate in expressing my thoughts and feelings. Be it good or bad. In the end, I am very authentic and my family and friends and my little dogs mean the world to me. I am simple but sophisticated like a pearl!

I embrace life, the glass is full and I want to make the decades to come. Sharing life with a friends, family, and a partner just deepens the experience. I love intectual conversation, walks in nature, a variety of music, dogs, fine wine and theatre, movies, yoga and cycling....and yes I like to cook a yummy healthy meal.

laid back, confident gal just returned to Colo. World traveler, love the adventures and have siezed opportunities in my life. I trained horses all my life, Arabians and Warmbloods and achieved all my goals. An Army brat, I had experiences few have. High school in Castlerock, CU, small business, lots of travel.I did neglect a personal life and now have the time and desire to find my place in wedded bliss, or a mutual nourishing relationship. I dont have a deadline. Not terribly religious. never drugs or smoke, and I wont tolerate violence or mental abuse.I am a doctors daughter and I am attracted to cerebral men. I sing, write and am a decent artist, get along with with everyone but racists and haters. Not liberal or tea party, kind of middle politically. I know a lie when I hear it and can be blunt if someone is being offensive.

Im a great listener, and always striving to learn something new. My greatest passion in life is to help other people.

My interests are eclectic, and include movies, dining out, plays/concerts, walking and easy hiking. Love museums of all sorts, reading, flower gardening. I am on the quiet side and consider myself to be a good listener. I look forward to new opportunities and interests.

If I won the lottery, I would want to help others help themselves, do what I could to give my family and "friends" things they want/need. I would take a little R&R then return to work, which would involve the "helping others help themselves"...I tend to follow my heard as oppose to following my head!?! I am the GO TO when people need/want advise or just want to vent (this happens with total strangers) I give good advise, but fail to follow my own good advise. I tend to take for granted that others will treat me they way I treat them and end up getting taken for granted LOL I know some of you know what I'm talking about. Some times I feel cursed, in that, I come from a family where divorce wasn't a considered option. I have come to realize that............to be continued

My passion in life is inspiring design -- architecture, floral, furniture, landscape, fashion, interior. Anything with lots of color and texture and imagination! I also like teaching, mathematics, gardening, great stories and the outdoors. I'm VERY casual! What makes me a great partner is that I had a wonderful loving relationship with my father so I see most men as warm beautiful creatures -- even when they're jerks. I cannot hold grudges although I do get angry when I feel someone has treated me badly or thoughtlessly. I love to laugh and relax but I can stay focused and work hard for things I want. The country I feel most in sync with is Italy -- great food, siesta time, wonderful history and architecture -- La Dolce Vita. (But I know very few words of Italian -- go figure!) The beach is fine for strolling and reading -- but I detest humidity. I think every time you go to a shopping mall you lose a piece of your soul!

I have been divorced for almost 6 years and I am ready for a serious relationship. I have 2 boys who live with me 50% of the time. I enjoy spending time with my boys but also enjoy my time without them. I would love to have someone to love and spend time with. I have a great job that allows me to travel at times but not too much. I am a very passionate and compassionate woman who loves deeply. Since the first of the year I have been trying to eat healthier and plan to quit smoking very soon. I enjoy going out to dinner and spending time with friends. I am very close with all of my family. I grew up in New Orleans and I am very much a Louisiana girl. I like to camp in the summer but I am not a very active outdoor person which at times makes it difficult to meet people in Colorado. I do enjoy exploring the mountains by car and visiting hot springs. I am fun loving and fun to be with but also have a serious career side.
