The things that interest me are books, sports, working out, live concerts, long walks to anywhere...I still like my job and I've been there forever. I love to do home projects, tend to my yard, plant a garden, and just putter around the house.
Movies, sports, hiking, are just a few of the things I like to do, but I am open to anything...well maybe not anything, but most things...Love to travel, cruises, beaches, the ocean (Warm Climates) I do snow ski but not very well, much rather do the alpine slide when it's warm, I have tried water skiing but rarely got up, was more a lure than a water skier...

I laugh easily and often at myself. I have a quick wit. Friends would describe me as bright, articulate, funny, compassionate, passionate, romantic and giving. I have a job that, though sometimes challenging, I truly enjoy. When work is over, however, it's over.
Things that make me happy are my 3 daughters and my granddaughter. My eldest and my grand live with me but will be moving soon. I love the arts. i also enjoy growing orchids and anything outdoors. I am very fit but am not into climbing 14ers or marathons. Snowshoeing, hiking or bicycling are more my style nowadays. I have nothing to prove to myself anymore, but I can still find ways to challenge myself. Travel is something I really like as time permits. Day/weekend trips or more extended excursions work for me.
I am comfortable in most social situations, but I am just as happy staying in with someone special cooking, talking, cuddling, holding hands, kissing or playing Scrabble.
I don't subscribe to a particular religion, but I believe in God. You can believe or not.

I am honest , loyal, dependable, easy going and like to laugh at myself when i do something stupid.Some things i like to do are ride motorcycls, golf with friends, watch sports, mtn. biking, hiking with my dogs and drives in the mountains. I like listening to all kinds of music i just don't listen to it much outside of work and the car, but have been to Red Rocks a few times.I would rather text or talk on the phone and meet in person than alot of emails. Why waste each others time if their is no chemisty.

I enjoy going to concerts especially at Red Rocks, something about the sunset and live music you can't beat it. Attending a Broncos or Air Force football game, a Rockies baseball game at sunset and of course an Av's hockey game is always a great time.
My friends would describe me as down to earth with a good sense of humor, caring and family oriented. I'm the girl who loves the feeling when you take me by the hand without saying a word and who will never forget all the sweet little things you do for me.

Fun-loving and adventuresome I like to travel and explore new places. As a history buff I love to explore small town museums and the roads less travelled. I also am particularly fond of northern New Mexico and Colorado mountain towns but don't get away as frequently as I'd like. Believing in giving back to the community I am developing a non-profit which is a passion of mine.

I live in Greenwood Village, and am fortunate to back up to the Canal, where I am to be found spending most of my free time. I have a Golden, who loves watching the changes of the seasons on our daily hikes.

I'm most grateful for my 5 grown sons, who are hysterically funny, adorable, and successful in their own right, doctor, patent attorney, etc. Two of my sons ran with the bulls in Pamplona, as a sort of rite of passage, thanks to Hemingway, and wanted their mother to witness this great event, which, of course, I did.

My favorite kind of music is Country, my favorite country singers are #1 – George Straight, then followed by Derks Bently, Brad Paisley, Rascel Flats, Sugarland, Zac Brown Band & Alan Jackson (although we haven’t heard too much from him since his wife was diagnosed with cancer). I’m a hard worker and at 66 still working full time and enjoy my job and the people I work with. I’m a good listener, don’t smoke or drink, honest and a forever friend. I always look at the positive side of life, there is enough negative vibes in the world today. I love the simple & natural things in life. I enjoy my quiet time, don’t have to be on the go all the time. I believe in cultivating a friendship and getting to know someone before committing to a relationship. Hi! I am a single mother of three great adult kids. I now have three wonderful grand children. Needless to say great fun! I am retired now but I had the good fortune to be successful in the Interior Design field on a wholesale level.
