I am a 3rd generation Colorado native who enjoys many outdoor activities (hiking, snowshoeing), but I don't ski. I teach 1st grade and I teach private piano lessons. I love to attend concerts and theater, especially opera. My friends often comment on my humor.

My family is important to me. I have 2 successful, grown children. I am the sole caretaker of my 80 year old mother; she lives with me. I also have 2 6 year old cats I rescued from the shelter.

Adventure takes me to new places and leads me to roller coasters! I am a roller coaster enthusiast and I seek out thrill rides when I travel.

I attend church every Sunday and I cherish the friendship and fellowship of my congregation. I do believe in God and in His son Jesus. As a Christian, I think my example in the community is important; I try to set an example for compassion and kindness in the world.

I like to be around a wide variety of people. Out of that group, I have close inner circle of friends. I also treasure alone time and need some time by myself everyday.

Have been in Colorado for almost three years now and I am still trying to get used to all the sunshine. I was recruited by a local hospital here and like my job.
