Hi. I'm Richard. Let me tell you a little about me. I'm a retired professional looking for a special woman with whom to share a warm and caring relationship. I'm intelligent, educated, caring, communicative and, generally, a pretty good guy. I think I'm mostly in touch with my feelings and have realistic expectations for this stage in my life. While I'm told I have good social skills, an active sense of humor and a generally easy-going demeanor (most of the time), I tend to be a bit more serious, thoughtful and introspective than some - passionate, spontaneous and even boisterous at times, but a little more contemplative, analytical and perhaps even stuffy at others. My interests include all things water related (boating, beaching, walking, etc.), some golf and tennis, a variety of home projects, spurts of working out at the gym (it's a pain vs. endorphins thing), weekend and longer getaways, dining, music, news and movies, as well as get-togethers with friends and family. I have the great fortune of good relationships with my two children and their families in New York and Boston, as well as with several valued friends and other famiiy members.
