I have spent my life working hard and taking care of my family ... I am now alone and looking to add a little more fun and relaxation into the equation.

I was raised to be honest above all, and I am very loyal to those close to me. I can be a bit of a classical romantic in the right setting with the right person. I guess I am confident enough in my masculinity to admit to enjoying romantic comedies, I can be a decent cook on occasion and I watch reality TV. I love to laugh.

I love warm weather and nice sandy beaches to relax under the sun. I love the Caribbean and I travel there as often as I can. I so much enjoy a swimming pool as well. I am not a good cook but I clean very well. I enjoy the golf course and you can find me there at least once a week. I exercise very often, I am in shape as I keep very active.

I enjoy fine dining in beautifully elegant settings as well as finding a unique little hole in the wall on an open mic night. I love to dress to the nines on New Year's Eve to attend a gala event as well as dancing barefoot in the arms of my man in the privacy of our living room at the stroke of midnight. I appreciate viewing and learning about antiques, especially the art nouveau, art deco and midcentury modern era. I respect and love animals of all species and cannot imagine life without them. I consider myself a longtime amature in the field of photography, drawing, refinishing furniture, jewelry design, silversmithing and lapidary work.I appreciate the work of the masters in all types of art and enjoy visiting museums whenever the opportunity presemts itself .I love music , especially live concerts , to include everything from Gershwin to Kid Rock. I most appreciate the company of someone who is sincere and humorous with a bit of old fashioned romance thrown in for good measure. I enjoy learning new things and viewing old things with a new perspective. The company of someone with a sense of adventure , open to trying something new and exciting without the fear of restrictions imposed by the judgement of others..

I moved to Jacksonville from Miami in 2000 - has been a good move. I enjoy doing most anything outside. I have been trying to play golf not real good but I have not given up yet. I am a big Hurricane fan it is all about the "U". I do have one daughter that is a FSU graduate. College football is a busy time for our family.

New experiences can be fun; I can appreciate you showing me new activities. Pretty open to staying busy but I also enjoy my house and just have a BBQ, hanging out - again being outside. I run and work out a few times a week. I love the beach and listening to music.

I volunteer when they are monthly commitments so it is not stressful and work it in my schedule. I work full time and travel some for my job.
