This, to me at least, is torture. I've never been the type to really talk about myself and if I am forced to then what exactly should I say? I could talk about my past or even current reality such as work, hobbies, dreams, etc. Then again, I could speak about my character. My past reality and current reality does not define my future reality so that would be pointless. The only thing that doesn't change is someones character and personality and that simply does not fit in a paragraph but it actually has to be experienced by spending time and getting to know someone.

I'm pretty easygoing , Semi-retired, I like short trips and pick-nicks, I really like the Oregon Coast but even more I like the beauty we have here in Idaho there are so many places to explore-- Hot Springs MMMMMM-- I would rather take the back roads than the freeway. Hello, moved here from Florida and finding the Treasure Valley to be a really great place. I'm a bright guy{masters degree} with a devastating sense of humour. Friend would say I'm honest to a fault, extremely loyal, reliable, responsible and dare I say kind and caring. Treat all with total respect and expect the same in return. Love all sports, reading, classic rock and roll, concerts, movies the theater and most cultural events. It's been a long time but really want to get back into the outdoors activities available here. Personally I would describe myself as a reformed {bad boy} who can be pretty exciting and adventurous. Safe, sane and definitely single. Would like to meet some one cool to hang with. I have been told I'm very easy to get along with and forgiving is a fault but no more than any one else who knows what they really want. I have been single and independent for a while now and know how to do my own laundry and keep up a home and make it comfortable.. IT is on my bucket list to learn how to prepare some finer cuisines. I have enjoyed meeting a few goods friends on here while seeking that significant other to share, learn and explore the rest of our journey. Life is all about what you make of it, and I love living mine to the fullest everyday. Whether I'm spending time with my grandchildren, biking the greenbelt, gardening, or fishing on a summer day I try to enjoy every moment. Instead of retiring after 23 years in Real Estate, I decided to spend my time working with developmentally challenged young adults, and at the end of the day, I found that I have gained as much from them, as they have from me. Teaching them was, the most rewarding job that, I've ever had!

I am living one hour south of Boise right now but I go to Boise often and love it. I do a lot of volunteer work for our senior center and I do whatever needs to be done with publicity, making flyers on the computer, helping in the kitchen for fundraisers. I love the people there and we have lots of fun. I do get paid for 12 hours per week for office work so does that make me "semi-retired"???
I owned my own business for 11 years and really enjoyed what I was doing but, being retired is much, much better.
I love a person with a sense of humor. I am easy going, positive and grateful of who I am and what I have. I guess that makes me low maintenance. Most people like me.(I think) I have no baggage that I can think of . I like to try new things. I have done a lot of fishing, boating, skiing and camping in my life. I want to white water raft, kayak and do more traveling around the country.

I like to walk and ride my bicycle and attend exercise classes when I can.
