I am a simple man with simple values, shy at first but then opens up, full of love to share, open to try new things, love to laugh, love outdoors. I am sensitive to the point that some sad movies and stories will bring me to tears but strong enough to handle difficult situations.

I've NEVER done this before so this is really new to me. Been in Fort Wayne for two yrs now so I really don't know alot of people. I work alot so trust is really important. Honest, hard worker and a good communicator. I can be blatanly honest cause time waits for no one. Love to have fun and socialize (time permitting). I love woman who can stand alone! I truly believe in order to be a good leader, you have to be a good follower!! So I'm not afraid to take a step back.

Ok, I'm 53, single, children are grown and gone, I like reading and am a music fanatic at times. I like walking the nature reserve trails and parks. I've been a lot of things in life and have been all over the world ... but now I'm just myself.. I'm looking for someone with integrity and honesty. I'm honest, open minded and really love all humans now with all of their individual differences.

Update 1-15-2012 - I entered IPFW here full time as a Psychology Student (Sophomore).

Update: 9-1-2012 - I compiled 44 credits hours at Purdue University (mostly Psychology) now over at Ivy Tech Community college taking a year long (30 credit hour) certificate course in Substance Abuse and Addictions and having a great time! :)

Update: 1-14-2013: Got through my 1st year of back to college after a twenty seven year absence! Started my 2nd year today and having a great time learning new stuff! This Semester is covering a lot of ground ... its all counseling & psychotherapy (theories) , Issues and ethics in counseling, and chemical dependency counseling.

Update: 5-11-2013: All A's in my 4 spring semester classes and made the Honor Roll :) ... Next up for summer Grief/Death counseling and Interviewing Techniques.

Hopeless ROMANTIC, but no one to practice on! Strong backboned & faithful individual. I Love the outdoors, Camping, Fireplaces and Waterfalls and Beaches... while we both stand, sit, lay and romp, Laugh and Giggly while we have Fun. I work indoors and play outdoors I worked hard before I retired from the Law office in Virginia, now want to play. Some times have slowed down but my mind and other parts are still 30...;-)

I am a man of God who loves the Lord, but I'm not so deep that I can't enjoy life. I love family and very close friends. I go out of my way to be kind and to listen so that I may understand, and then render assistance if I can. I have been misunderstood, and have fallen hard only because I love hard. Still working on that one!!! I try to do the right thing in every area of my life!! I love to have fun, watch good movies, sit home quietly, and have good conversation. I'm an Old School Cat even though I love all kinds of music. Is there someone to share these things with? That is the question!! Folks seem to only last a minute, and not a lifetime.

I am a successful guy, President of a manufacturing company. I have the toys but they aren't much fun unless you have someone to play with.
I've always been a cowboy at heart having once owned an Arabian horse farm in Georgia, and when I lived in Texas I rode the bulls just for fun. Trail rides and camping out were great, I really miss those days.
I love the beach (Pensacola) and the mountains (Gatlinburg), rainy days and thunderstorms, and cool nights by the fireplace. I like to cuddle on the couch watching a movie. And if you tell anyone this I will deny it, but I sometimes get teary-eyed watching a sad movie.
My 19 year old son goes to IPFW and sometimes lives with me. I don't see him as much any more. "Teenagers" are busy people.
I love being casual, but ther's a part of my life that requires a more polished behavior and dress. My ideal match feels comfortable with both.
And ladies, no offense intended", but I am not looking for someone to grow old with, rather someone to stay young with.
