I like to go to plays, concerts, movies, stay home with a pizza and watch TV. Like to vacation, garden, quilt, be with family, spend quiet times. My husband and I used to travel yearly and I've been to most of the states except a few on the east coast. They were on the agenda but it didn't happen. I do love to travel and cruise and last June went to Norway and Scotland with my daughter; what a blast. She was quite taken aback by all the 'old' people on the cruise. I told her that they are the ones with the money to do such things. LOL I'd like to meet someone with a sense of humor who doesn't take life too seriously.

Every day I wake up is a good day. I love my family, my friends, and my job. Enjoy being around water, sunrises and sunsets, concerts, music, movies, biking and working out. Love the smell of babies breath, a spring morning after a good rain, thunderstorms, burning leaves in the fall and campfires, building a fire, ordering in and watching a good movie on a cold or rainy night is great. Go to the Bears and Colts games whenever my son can get me tickets. I don't take life too seriously, love to laugh and see the positive side of situations. I'm confident, secure, and actually like who I've become. Starting over has been challenging but exciting as well. I've enjoyed trying new activities, and have met some awesome new friends. I'm not into one night stands or men who want to rush into something. I had a great marriage and I am not out to get revenge on an ex-husband, know how to say "I'm sorry", and relationships are not always a 50/50 proposition. Hey guys! About me - I'm passionate about some things in life - my kids, my friends, my family. West Virgnia. I have been divorced for a long time and I'm okay being on my own. Have learned to be independent and strong...and heck, I can even do very minor home fix-it projects. I'm finally to an age where I don't have to wear expensive clothes hoping others will think I'm something. I really would live in jeans and flannels if I could, but also don't mind dressing up once in a while. I am at that place in my journey where I'm comfortable with who I am - heck, I'm pretty proud of what I've accomplished and what I have been through. I love to read and watch movies, road trips and long conversations. I am pretty nervous being on the water, but am learning to deal with that. I LOVE to fish - but right now just from piers or on the side of the water. And...

For those of you who are looking away because I smoke...I never EVER smoke in the presence of anyone who it bothers. I never smoke in anyone's car or home. I never even smoke in my own home. That's what God made the good outdoors for. And I never EVER litter the remains! Just wanted to clear that up!

this is the hardest part for me.
first and foremost i am looking for a long term relationship not just a one night stand. i am not into the bar scene, but i do enjoy a night on the town occasionally. i prefer to be working on things at home, camping, or just watching a good movie.
as for what i am looking for in a woman, that's kind of easy and basic. at the top of the list is no drug users. you should also have the ability to laugh at yourself (let's face we all do some real stupid things at times). enjoying the outdoors is a big plus also.
