I'm a passionate and a compassionate person and I would like the same to be returned to me. I am a cancer survivor, I had cancer of the larynx, and have conquered that journey as I am cancer free now. In 2007 My right carotid artery exploded 3 times (due to radiation damage) and my throat had to be rebuilt from my body parts because of the radiation damage I had to have my vocal chords removed so I speak through a prosthesis inside my throat(u can't see it). I have a tracheostomy(hole in my neck). I was in surgery for 18 hours and my upper left side was paralyzed, I got my left arm 2 work but not my left hand yet, its a work in progress. . I am doing very well now and I am happy and healthy.

I have been retired from State of LA 14 yrs., am outgoing, have a sense of humor, like enough $ to live fairly well, like old movies, have faith in God, like people.

I enjoy lots of different activities. Music, reading, antiquing, fishing, slow dancing.I enjoying going on Cruises. I have three grown children, one grown step-son and I have a wonderful adopted daughter who is eighteen years old. . My husband of twenty-eight years died in 2006 ten months after being dx. with a brain tumor.
