I moved from upstate NY (not to worry, I became a big Sox, Pats and Bruins fan when I lived in Boston for 6 years) about 1.5 years ago and am thoroughly enjoying ME. well, i am a really fun, nice girl. I am told i am very pretty and very sexy but i would probably blush if u told me. I look a lot younger than my age. I sing and play my guitar sometimes, i have written my own songs and i sing hundreds of others from the sixties, seventies , eighties and so on, I use to do it professionally now mostly for fun. Perhaps it's the Pisces in me, or perhaps the Portuguese...I love the water. Put me in it, on it, or beside it, and I am content. I have gone to great depths and traveled many miles to explore the brooks, rivers, lakes, ponds, waterfalls, oceans, and seas around the world...from Muscongus Bay to the Great Barrier Reef in Australia. I am not a Marine Biologist or a Navigator, but I dream of water every day. I love to travel, preferably for fun. There is so much of our country that I still long to see. Food is a big part of my life, I like to cook and check out new restaurants, or new to me, and old favorites cannot be forgotten. I am a voracious reader, of fiction primarily. I just got a Kindle Fire for traveling, but I love the feel of a book in my hand, turning pages to get to the end. Hiking, skiing (winter and summer), skating are some of the physical activities I enjoy.

Let's see - the sense of family means a lot to me! I'm the kind of girl that longs to read on a cold winter night, walk in the rain, laugh with friends, and help the less fortunate. Early mornings are my favorite, but, I've been known to laze in bed with a good book and a hot cup of coffee! Music moves me and I've always said that I feel most fortunate to have grown up with the sounds of The Beatles, Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan, and, of course, James Taylor. I'm a Berkshire girl who loves the water and sun, but let it snow and you'll find me downhill skiing or in the woods snow shoeing. .
