Bountiful energy and enthusiasm are two of my characteristics. My cup is usually half full with many interests: exercise, reading, cooking, gardening, bridge and dancing. I love to entertain my friends with fine cuisine and a glass of wine.

I lived on a farm many years ago. We raised beef and sheep. I enjoyed the sheep and gardening and the open space and I miss it. I am a weaver and spinner. I did go back to school and work in a medical setting now. I love reading a really good book, historical novels to Stephanie Plumb. When I first went back to school I fell in love with Chaucer but soon realized I wouldn't make much money with a degree in English Literature, so changed my major to a health degree. I am a quiet person, I don't enjoy going to bars, but I do enjoy a glass or two of wine. p.s. I only respond to those who post photos.

My passions are country music and traveling. I love country music. Therefore, I travel to Branson, MO about once a year and go to local casinos for concerts. I would like to attend concerts with you and go out for dinner. I like to go camping, boating, fishing and sit around a campfire. I love to go sightseeing and traveling to new places around the country. I have been been to various regions of the Rocky Mountains, Alaska, Black Hills and Florida. I also like taking day trips for a drive in the country as well. Maybe you could surprise me with a roadtrip to somewhere neat to visit.

I like gardening, reading (mysteries, biographies) theatre, PBS, I like raw turnips, radish sandwiches, popcorn, but don't be concerned, I like to cook and entertain; in the summer breakfast on the deck, a glass of wine by the fire in the winter.

I live in Minnesota in the summer and winter in Nevada. Retired 12 years ago from Management at Blue Cross and Blue Shield. Widowed since January 2010. I have a son and daughter and one grandson.

I don't have the body of a 20 year old and you certainly don't either (chuckle), but I have matured into a responsible, caring, honest, and positive person. I am an extrovert, intelligent, witty, and I don't take myself too seriously. I am easy going and a comfortable person and a good friend to others. Love to have a good time, but I can enjoy a serious conversation too. I like to be spoiled but let me be my own person too. My faith, family, and friends are very important to me and in that order. I have a wide range of interests and like to keep busy.

I like movies, dining out, cross stitch, crossword puzzles, sudoku, golf, boating, sporting events, live theater, playing cards, reading, flea markets, antiquing, garage sales, buy and sell on eBay, and get together with friends and family. I workout at the gym 2-3 times a week. I'm a very romantic person, like slow dancing, cuddling, and romantic music.

My family and friends would say I am strong, caring, and compassionate. I value my strong spiritual life. I think actions speak louder than words. Communication, mutual respect, and trust are the basis of a good relationship. I think it is good to have common interests that we can share with each other, but also have individual interests and passions respectfully. I also like being affectionate and intimate with the right guy.

My family and friends are important to me. I love spending time with them whether it’s around the dinner table, playing board games, relaxing by the campfire, or doing just about anything! “It’s not what you’re doing, but who you’re with!”

Movies, concerts, dancing, reading, walking, bike ride with my daughter, camping, traveling (when I can), dining out or making dinner together at home are some of the things I enjoy doing. I love be on or by the water, it has a peaceful draw for me. A clear spring or fall night at a bonfire with a drink is a relaxing night for me.

I also like most music except heavy rap. However, country is what I tend to listen to the most.

Where to begin? I enjoy being outdoors camping grilling, quiet dinners, reading, movies and most of all my children. I am a new Grandmother and adore him. I am very social, but do not talk alot. Enjoy dancing, movies, gardening and country music. love to hug...Will you be the one????

I am a private piano teacher and a music director of a small Catholic parish. Teaching others to play the piano and helping whole congregations to praise God through music bring great joy to me. I love spending time with my children and grandchildren. I enjoy going to the theater, movies and orchestra concerts. I was trained as a classical pianist. I consider myself a creative thinker. I find humor in most everything. No one could ever accuse me of being boring! I'm also never bored. Too many interesting things to explore! My faith is an important part of me. Hopefully, my love of God shines through in all that I do and to all whom I meet. I worked in the pro-life movement for 13 years as an executive director of a pregnancy center and still volunteer.
