Transition! I was widowed four years ago and almost 2 years ago retired from management of a private non profit agency where I worked for 28 years. I have been teaching part time at a local college, lobbying our state legislature on behalf of children with disabilities and building my own consulting business. My home has recently emptied of children and it seems much too large for me. It is certainly too much work as I am trying to maintain a family cabin in the Beartooth Mountains as well. I'm active, blessedly healthy and involved in my community. I adore my children and have a cadre of loyal, fun friends.

It is always great to think that you are the King of the Farmyard. All I know is that I'm the King of my own backyard, or so I hope. In a word, Passion. I am passionate about life, my family, my work, great company, wonderful conversation, fabulous food, my good friends and life to the fullest. Outside of that, I'm a pretty plain guy. Works hard and likes to play hard. Getting to the point that I want to kick back, take off with the motor home, the Harley and travel. The far North all summer and the far South all winter. Last December, my daughter, Annie, transfered up from AZ and went back to MSU-B. Two weeks later, her best friend from high school, Anna, moved in with us also. So I now have 2 girls, 2 dogs, 2 cats. There's a reason I get up early, leave and come home late. OK?

I like adventure. I like golfing and fishing. I go hunting but never shoot anything. As I get older I can't shoot a deer. But hunting camp is always fun. I like to be the camp cook. I have competed in BBQ cook-offs....lots of fun. I like to go to the movies and spend time with grand-kids. Jesus is very important to me!

I'm a fun, easy going person. I love to laugh and want to meet a guy who likes to laugh also. I own a salon in Billings and enjoy being creative. I love animals, and love the mountains and going boating. I have 3 children, ages 16, 18, 22. I'm pretty easy to get along with and love to meet new people! I like to go dancing, and attend many concerts. I like classic rock and bands my sons listen to. I like to go to the theater, because my daughter loves to be a part of musical theater. Now that my kids are almost grown I would love to meet someone to spend some time with!

I love nature but I'm not an outdoor person. I have two small dogs and a cat - they were all strays that needed a home and now they are my family. We are a happy, free spirited house. I am a massage therapist by profession and have been full time for twenty years. It has taken it's toll, tho, and now I have fibromyalgia and have had to slow down. I love reading recipe books and cooking & baking. I'm honest, kind and loving.

I would love to share the finer things in life with someone who shares my values. I have always had strong family bonds and love to spend some of my time with my family who all live a distance away! I would love to share all that life has to offer with someone interesting to be with and spontaneous enough to experience the adventure life has to offer! There is so much out there to share! I would love to find the "love of my life" because I just know he is out there somewhere.
