However, I would never marry anyone just to pay the taxes on Tara, I would have borrowed the money from my new brother in law! : ) Favorite Poet/Philosopher is Gibran! I am not much for needing to entertain nor am I a socialite but have been told I am very good at entertaining! For example: my holiday dinners are special and they give me a wonderful opportunity to be very creative! Still believe in God, Santa, Ghosts, Heroes, Respect and Being in Love!

I am easy going, conservative, strong moral compass. I love to help others....I try to pay attention to those who might need help and if I can do something I will try. Granted it is usually in small ways, but even to come along side someone and be a friend and listen..

I like cooking tho I don't have anyone to cook for so it takes away the preparation and the fun of trying something new with a creative idea or extra spices to make it interesting.

I like gardening because the joy of seeing things grow and know that you helped it to maturity....and the fact that the food usually tastes better....and it doesn't have all the pestisides
I prefer living in the country, so that the possibility of having a garden is nice

I like the woods and meadows...the singing of the birds...the wind in the trees
I am not real crazy about the cold winters, long when your not sharing it with anyone...

I think we are entering a season that is going to change our country drastically and as a people are heading for some pretty rough times if it is as bad as I think it is going to be.

Even tho there is a lot to be aware of I I try and focus on things I like to enjoy the simple things that are available and be appreciative

I love to travel - different countries, Hawaii, across the continental US - even around my home state -- meeting people, exploring new areas and driving the back roads - I try not to take the same route twice. I am close to my family (two children, 7 grandchildren and a great granddaughter), extended family and friends. I'm not into big cities - nice to visit but not to live. Drawn to a small town atmosphere and the country. I'm an out-going jeans and t-shirt kind of woman. I love doing energy work. I have completed Reiki 2 and will eventually continue on to my master's.

I am a happy and healthy 63 year old boy with an overactive sense of humor. I was raised on a large farm in MI and had the most wonderful childhood a boy could imagine, machines, endless fields, lakes and rolling oak and maple forests. After H.S. I lasted nearly a week in college before deciding that I needed an adventure. Joined the U.S. Army and VN provided one. After that I worked as an East Lansing police officer while attending Michigan State. After graduating I joined Allegheny Airlines, now USAir, as a pilot and flew for them for two years out of Pittsburg. I kept getting laid off so I joined U.S. Customs as a Drug Interdiction Pilot. I spent my 20 years flying with them out of New Orleans, San Diego, and Pensacola. My ex-wife of about 3 years now and I have 3 bright and handsome sons. One is a corporate commando and great husband and father in Portland, OR. He and his beautiful wife have presented me with two wonderful grandchildren. They call me "Grandpa Zoom Zoom". The middle son is a fireman in Missoula and lives in one of their stations. He is also a junior at the Univ. of MT. And, the "little" one is a H.S. senior and a football machine. He has been nominated to the Air Force Academy for next fall.

I'm a very normal Montana man. I work hard, play even harder! I enjoy being outdoors, love to swim! I'm respectful of people and nature although I am not a tree hugger! I enjoy spring, summer and fall the best! Winters are getting harder for me every year....

Raised 4 kids on my own for 11 years and now they are all grown & married. I have 4 grandchildren. Now is my turn to enjoy life. I want to share everything with that right someone as it always makes it more enjoyable. Family is very important to me. I love to travel and have lots of hobbies. I can get down and in the dirt and dress up like the best of them. I have work with winter special olympics for the last 26 years and love it.
