I've been the "class clown" / "life of the party" for as far back as I can remember, but get this jokester alone and you'll soon discover there's much more to him than witty one-liners and snappy comebacks. I'd like to find someone who's health conscious and is in, (or lookin' to get in) great shape. I threw away my cigarettes in September of 2011 after about a 10 year stint of smoking less than a pack a day. I also recently traded in my wingtips for work boots and now have a very physically demanding job. I'm a Husker fan through and through but that's about the extent of my sports interests. Yes ladies you read that right, "Sports Center" does not play a intricate role in the day to day existence of this heterosexual American male. lol I will although, help you cheer on your favorite team as long as you give me pizza and root beer. haha Honestly, I'd rather be wondering around a mall, thrift shop, swap meet, auction, or antique store, but I'll leave that up to you.

After 30 years of being a faithful husband, my wife decided to leave me for music in a band
with someone who promise her everything would be better with them together, divorce is now under way. I am looking now for that someone
who wants not only to do things, but can enjoy quite conversations. I am a bowler, and I love football.

I am happy with who I am and were I am in life. I have many interests. I like going to museums, plays from high school to off Broadway, the zoo, a rodeo, ballet, music concerts, movies , I like to go out to eat or have friends over.I like life and am on the go a lot. I have many friend and enjoy doing thing with family and friends but also doing things by my self. I am comfortable in jeans and a tee shirt or all dressed up. I liked to fish as a kid and would like to try it again . In high school I loved to go to dances my late husband did not like to dance so it has been a lot of years but would like to go once in a while. I like flea markets and antique stores.. I like going to flower gardens and walks in the parks. I like some TV and I like to read, play card and board games. I love to cook. I like sitting by fire and watching it snow and work on crafts or watch a movie in someone specials arms. I like to watch ice skaters, winter skiing and summer water skiing. I do all kinds of crafts and sewing . I like to swim and use the machines at the YMCA for part of my working at good health and I like to play bingo but not like grandma use to play. I like doing thing with my church also. I can be happy with others or alone.

I am divorced.. a mother of 4 grown kids.. a grandmother of 9.....I am not a hotty or gorgeous(as you can see by my picture)....I don't have an amazing figure or a flat stomach(since I had kids) but I'm not obese ...I'm far from being considered a model, but...I'm me... I eat junk food at times, love to wear my pj's around the house (but not all the time) and will go without makeup...I don't pretend to be someone I'm not. I am who I am, love me or not... I have a big heart that is full of love for the right man... I enjoy spending time with my kids and grandkids..... I don't do a lot of activities such as fitness things but I could be showed how to do things with the right partner... I'm not against to learning to shaping up

I am outgoing ...sometimes shy... down to earth yet complex. I enjoy getting out and away…having fun...near OR far far away. Slow to anger, excellent communicator, easy to like. I support the arts (partial to classical/opera - much of it is so romantic, sophisticated, and full of life) . . however I also enjoy classic rock, bluegrass, folk music, some country and jazz. With the right woman I’d like to learn ballroom dancing some day.

Enjoy independent and foreign films now. Love to cook and try new recipes. Especially healthy ones. Possess a good sense of humor and I enjoy a good laugh with others or at myself. I’ve worked in a wide variety of fields and at different levels (first line supervisor, middle and upper management, staff, operations, logistics, personnel) most of my life. God has blessed me with a good job and health. I am truly grateful. I stay active, love the outdoors, walk, garden, travel, swimming, cycling, snorkel, tennis, ski, fencing.

Hi, I grew up in central Nebraska with caring parents, graduated from a class B high school and have remained close friends with many classmates. Went off to college and have made a career in higher education administration, Go Big Red! This career has allowed me to live mostly in Nebraska but also Colorado. Love the mountains and have traveled a good deal domestically and some internationally (love the ocean too). I am blessed to have the closest of ties with family and longtime friends. Raised three sons who are married to the most wonderful young ladies, giving me the daughters I never had. With only one grandchild I have come to revel in my responsibility as a grandparent.
