I am a retired firefighter, (retired for 17 years, but still have friends and still dream about it.) I love to read, watch sports, live and on TV. I do not care for the new movies, I like happy endings, and do not want to think about . so most of the movies I watch are on TV.
The last movie I saw in a theater was Secratariet, and , even though I new how it turned out, I cried.
I love dogs, but cannot have one in an apartment.

I'm a laid back type of person. I've spent the past 12 years as a cook after some 15+ years in human services administration. Currently have a 17 yo daughter living with me (one last year of high school to go). Don't have much money so I plan to keep on working for several more years.

I just plain like to live life and have fun. I am independent, honest, attractive, financially secure and am looking to meet someone who wants to share his life with me and treat me like an equal partner. Life is about togetherness now, because climbing the ladder to success and raising children has passed. To me, it is now about enjoying life.

My passions in life are to treat people exactly the way I would chose to be treated. I'm intuitive, compassionate, forgiving and trustworthy.
My interests are infinite and I can't stack them up in order or identify three as my favorites. I work out, love traveling.... walks, bicycling, golf, fishing, hiking, kayaking and spending as much time as I can on the coasts because I'm drawn to the water, sunrises and sunsets. I love the PNW and Portland and Seattle are my favorite cities, they are progressive .

I am an attractive, smart person with great sense of humor. I laugh at my own goofs and stupid remarks.

Divorced; I am now ready to get back out there. Not one to experience life from the comfort on a sofa in front of TV. I stay active with Yoga and walking around the lake.

By myself, I like home decorating, flowers and gardening. With friends I love to shop.. and lately shop consignment where it is always fun looking for a bargain. I enjoy Sundays doing the Church thing....; coffee afterwards, and all sorts of outside activities.

I'm a driver at work and enjoy my business. That said, I am re-prioritizing my life to spend time at activities that I find rewarding.

I am seeking a man who is romantic, .. I love romance. He should be independent, intelligent, and fun loving. One who is in good shape and loves adventure. I work the night shift. My friends and coworkers would call me hardwoking, dependable, accepting of others and the one that you can always depend on. When my weekend starts Friday morning I am ready to hike, camp, kayak.... anything to get to the tranquility of the great outdoors. I am happy with who I am. I am respectful and compassionate to others. I want a team-mate like....me, except prettier and female. I don't play games with the heart or mind and I am honest. A rebel with a huge heart.
I like all music rock, metal, pop, rap, easy listening and pre80's country. SOA, Justified, Breaking Bad, Weeds, Game of Thrones, Walking Dead are some of my favorite tv shows.
Weekends were made for me! Camping, hiking, kayaking. Disc Golf weekly. Local theater, Science and history museums. Bluejay basketball, the Mets, some football...I don't want waste time off watching others be active. My dual-sport motorcycle.
I read constantly, Tales of Fire & Ice, military history, Stephen King, Tolkien, biographies, graphic novels, hell if there is words printed somewhere I will be reading them.

I'm very responsible, quiet until I get to know you. A very caring person. My number one priorities are my gran kids, and step kids. Enjoy life and doing things, I'm not one to sit around and do nothing.

I was retired from my job a year ago after working full time most all of my life. So far, I am enjoying retirement - am keeping busy. I am a quiet person until you get to know me, then quite out-going. Money is important to me as far as not having to penny-pinch.
My job was in Customer Service, so I have spent many years fielding complaints & meeting challenges to make customers satisfied. It was a stressful job, so I believe I can handle stress pretty well.
I am big on sports, both participating in the ones that I can, & spectator sports.

I am an active, social lady with many interests. I enjoy travel, entertaining, movies and theater and anything new. I have a great career and plan to continueworking for quite a while.

I am retired and have lots of available time so would like to meet someone who enjoys fun activities, going new places, eating out, spending a cozy evening at home, and creating new adventures together. For me establishing a great friendship has to be the foundation for anything that develops later.

I can find humor in nearly any situation, which sometimes gets me in trouble. I like to think I have enough brain power to discuss any topic, though I have been proven wrong before. While I can make no promises about the future, I will promise to be honest and considerate (I am fortunate to have been taught good manners).

Do you not have a picture on here because you think you are not attractive? Is it that you are married or have a boy friend already and you are on this site because you are bored with the current situation? I know for a fact there are men on this site that are married. Very sad. Then there are the scammers. Watch out for them. If your picture is not up because you think you are not beautiful put it up there because I have dated maney women who were not beautiful at all but had it all on the inside more then most of the beautiful women I have been with. I loved being on this site was very excited to get on everyday to see who checked me out or who took the time to write to me. Some women just sent me there phone numbers and nothing else. I never called though. The last relationship It was the worst of my intire life and almost made loose hope in ever dating again. 98% her 2% me. I broke up with her so many times and kept coming back because I thought she could change. I was dead wrong. She will never change. So put your picture up. It will help.
