I am told I have a very big heart, probably what gets me in trouble. I am honest, caring and when I love I love with all of my heart. I respect people and their needs and want the same from them. Wow, just turned 52 yrs. old. I don't feel the difference between the age of 35 and over 50 yrs. old. What important is "how you feel". After I dedicated myself raising my 2 boys (9 yrs. old (adopted since 1) and my 18 months old) since my husband passed away over 15 yrs. ago, I have now realized that I have time to see if there is anyone out there for me. I have lived in Europe for almost 15 yrs., had the opportunity to travel the world because of my job, but because of drastic changed in life, I have to give that up (worked for Dept. of Defense, as a Budget Analyst) for the sake of my 2 boys. I am very dedicated to my children. I just wanted to spend time with them as much as possible and treasure their childhood. Remember, our children will not always be a child forever-its priceless. I just wanted to be the best Mom and Dad at the same time, guide and raise them to be a fine men, son, husband, mentor and most of all a good citizen. They are now 25 and 17 yrs. old and proud to say that, I am still standing tall. One still lives with me. Of course YOU will always be my # one.

I am a happy person. I strive to be kind, loving, generous and gentle. I love humor and see it in most situations. I enjoy personal growth so I often read or pursue activities that will help me grow and improve intellectually, spiritually, and physically. I loved my work in education. But after 34 years of service, I retired in June 2006 and moved to Las Vegas to be near my children. Both of my sons are independent and successful.

I am a happy person in general. I like dancing, water aerobics, and swimming as activities. I've even been known to go on a hike or two, but I don't like camping too much. I enjoy reading and watching TV in the evenings during the work week. I work early (7:30 a.m.) so I get up at 5:30 a.m. and that does not afford much of a "night life" for me. On the weekends, I like to get out and enjoy the outdoors. I love the beach, but live a bit far away to go very often. I try to make it to my water aerobics class 3 times a week, but life gets in the way sometimes. This class has made me stronger and I really enjoy it- enough to keep it up for almost 6 years now.

Life is about enjoying the journey. I have the ability to create happiness and seek the same in others. I am a great conversationalist and seek a good communicator. I'm very young at heart and very old fashion. I believe that a mans house is his castle and a womans place to make it a home. I enjoy cookin.And I can cook. My family is very important to me.Honesty also very important . I feel if you don't have trust in a relationship why you even together. I like doing yard sales and flea markets on weekends, endin the day w/ a family/friends bbq. I enjoy dancing, a night out on the town, walks in the rain (if it ever rains here). Or I am fine stayin home with that special someone watchin a movie n cuddling. I am not your typical girly girl. I DONT WEAR DRESSES. But I CAN GET DRESSED UP .I like wearing my cowboy boots or a fancy suit...I dress for comfort.I feel life is to short for bs. and I'm learning that a lot of that goes on here.So if your lookin for fling I'm not the woman for you.
