Las Vegas is my hometown and I love it. I also love to cook and garden, and make my home a special place to be. I value honesty and integrity. I'm interested in a variety of things, including the metaphysical and anything that keeps me thinking and acting young. I love music, birds singing, my koi pond and my 4 Border Collies. I'm pretty direct and generally say what I mean, and I appreciate that in a person. I can also be pretty funny in the right company.

I never know what to say, except hello. I guess I will tell about myself. I am a 48 year old women originally from Alaska (I lived there for over 30 years), I have just moved to Las Vegas, to escape the cold, about 6 months ago. I live with my best friend (met her in 7th grade) and her husband in a large house with a pool, of course, in Vegas.

I currently do volunteer work for a hospice in Vegas. I love the idea of giving back. So I volunteer and do clerical work (I have a strong legal background -- over 20 years in the industry) for the nurses and administrative staff.

I have been divorced for over 5 years and have two sons whom I adore. Neither one lives at home. My oldest works on the TransAlaska Pipeline as a sheet metal boss, he is 28. My youngest son curently goes to college in Grand Rapids, Michigan as a culinary major. He is 17.

Communicaton is key to any sucessful relationship, so I am looking for someone who is open, honest, truthful and values communication! I love visiting new and different places and would like somone who is as equally passionate about travel. Fitness and health are very important to me, as I work out 5-6 days per week, and I do ty to eat healthy. In my spare time, I love going to movies, plays, shows, sharing intimate dinners (which some will be made by me!) and just " hanging out" with friends or associates in a casual setting.

I am a easy person to get along with. I like watching movies, camping, and fishing.

I love life, I enjoy having that special person in my life to share the travels be it up hill or down..

I love life. My friends describe me as energetic, fun loving and very giving. I am a one man woman. I am caring, honest, forthright, fun-loving and trustworthy. Yes I love to have a good laugh, hang out with friends and family but most of all I love spending time with someone I'm attracted to and that's attracted to me. My background is in the classical arts and over the years has transitioned into education. I was an entertainment manager and booking agent, but my past positions held in musical theater and concert dance with classical ballet companies have served me well with regard to having the discipline to persevere. I now train dance artists in all genres of dance including the artists from Cirque Du Soleil, Disney's The Lion King, Phantom of the Opera and Le Reve.
I love jazz, R&B, soul, funk, some rap, and some country. I don't care for rock music.
I've seen the world at least 10 times, but I never tire of new experiences culturally,
I'm at peace when I'm at home watching a great movie, reading, writing, researching information on the arts or making dinner. Sometimes a lot is said, when there are no words spoken.
Most importantly, I love to laugh.

I LOVE PLANTS, INDOOR AND OUT AND MUSIC IS A MUST, I ENJOY BLUES AND JAZZ, MOSTLY 70'S AND 80'S . I LIKE TO STAY BUSY AND MY JOB AS A CNA KEEPS ME PRETTY UNBORED I LOVE A GOOD BOOK, A GOOD NIGHT AT THE MOVIES OR THE THEATER AND I REALLY LOVE TO LAUGH! I HAVE A BRITISH SENSE OF HUMOUR AND IF I CAN MAKE YOU SMILE AND FEEL GOOD THEN I'M HAPPY.
I'VE SEEN A LOT OF THE WORLD AS AN AIR FORCE WIFE AND FEEL VERY FORTUNATE SO FAR, I DON'T CARRY BAGGAGE, I TRY TO ENJOY THE MOMENT. WELL THAT'S ME IN A NUTSHELL, BFN.

Not much to say....just a very happy women, who loves life, laughing and having a good time. Volunteer in the ER at a local hospital...Gets me out of the house and the Drs. and nurses are wonderful to me, really show appreciation for what I do..None of them believe my age, (that's a good sign, Yes?). Seems I am good at making people laugh..I have been widowed for 5 years, not rich but, get to enjoy most things that interest me. Do miss the company of a man, really like warm arms, hugs and kisses, and like listening to a man's opinions..But no arguing allowed! Life is too short for that..

I want to fall in love with a kind, caring, passionate, intelligent, financially stable, loving MAN. I want to experience how that really is. I dream of someone that wants peace, happiness, financial stability and someone that is confident and sure of himself. I'm not looking for perfection and I'm deffently not looking to change anyone. I just want to be loved up one side and down the other so I can do the same. Someone that can forgive and move on would be awesome. I love life, I love to have fun and that is me in so many words.
I have been active all of my life, however, having to give up soccer and softball, I now enjoy golf. I just need a partner to play with. So, someone who likes golf would be really cool. It's such a great game.
