since graduating college w a degree in marketing in 1987 i have been in retail/furniture and clothing. i moved to chicago then to nyc and have been out of buffalo for 11 years. moved back to my parents as they are getting older and other reasons. I am considered outgoing and like to laugh. people tell me i'm funny/goofy. i am looking for a serious relationship/marriage. I work hard and would like to broaden my experiences here in buffalo. i am sometimes introspective and like some alone time in a relationship/downtime. i look forward to meeting someone who can help me get reaquanted with what buffalo has to offer. i like to travel, haven't done much lately. I do have some favorite tv shows and would like to enjoy those with someone. people think i look in my 40's and don't really act like i'm 51...not so serious. would like to make a change in my career, not to stay in the store environment but something more challenging. I like to be affectionate..like flowers/not roses though.. haha. I am selective in what I like and don't like...for example...don't lke red wine! So, just a bit of info on me...hope to hear from some great men who are younger than 53...and have a good heart. i do drink beer

II have 2 children, and 6 brothers and sisters whom I am very close to. Family is very important to me.I also have been breeding and showing dogs for almost 30 years and travel a lot with them to shows. I love to cook and entertain. I enjoy the outdoors, kayaking, golfing, fishing - never seem to catch much though! I have a great sense of humor and love to laugh. I am a very up beat type of person and always in a good mood. I am always up to try something new and exciting.

I love movies that stir the heart, reading when I have quiet time. I enjoy long walks, nature, photography and all types of music--I've lived and loved the old tunes--but also love the new. Enjoy traveling when i have the time and money I've been to Ireland twice and England have also traveled a bit around the US for work. Think I'm a good listener but also like to be listened to.

My kids and my home are my passions. However I like to have fun, act goofy and not take life so seriously.

Enjoy reading, travel, cooking and baking - sometimes. Bit of a dare devil as i have sky dived, para sailed twice, snorkeled a few times, went down the Grand Canyon on a mule. Had my own horse when I was younger and still enjoy riding. Oh yes... and I absolutely love deep sea fishing! Winter... well used to go sleding with the kids when they were young. Went cross country skiing about 3-4 times and really liked it.

It's difficult to write these things and not come off sounding like a Girl Scout or your favorite dog. But I do place great value on personal loyalty, honesty and compassion. And I'm lovin' life and grateful for all I've been given. I find my work very fulfilling and hope to keep working as long as I can. The rest of the time, I try to be outdoors as much as possible, if it"s walking the dogs, working in the garden or just hanging out. I have great friends and enjoy time with them just as much as I enjoy spending time alone.

I love cooking and fine dinning, I am active work out once or twice durning the week and get out to ski at least once a week in the winter.
I have a very close family we enjoy getting together often.

I am a workaholic at work and at home. I make most tired just watching me from the sidelines. I like to keep busy, always have and always will. I love hockey, motorcycles, drag racing, working on my home, spending time with family and friends and sometimes, just relaxing.

love to travel, exercise, walking my dog, movies, live theater, museums, enjoy action movies and comedies. I belong to a bowling league.

I like lots of different things. Variety is the spice of life! I am willing to laugh at my mistakes and learn from them. (Like my typing)

I try to enjoy life to the fullest, but I'm just as comfortable reading a book. I love to laugh, champion the underdog but will not suffer fools gladly. I'll take quality of life over money anyday but make no mistake I work hard and don't want to be with someone who doesn't. I try to treat others as I like to be treated.

I am a caring compassionate woman who enjoys life to its fullest. I love to find the humour in just about anything. I am loyal and honest and not afraid to speak the truth when needed. I believe that treating my partner with kindness and respect goes a long way. I am independent and financially stable. I may be found most frequently digging in my flower bed or on/near the water. I would love a partner to go kayaking with. There is a lot of water in the area and it would be nice to have a partner. I am slightly overweight but that is a work in progress and I work out at least 2 times oif not 3 a week. I love cooking and inventing new recipes which I try out on my family and friends. I have never made them a bad meal LOL! At least they are all still alive and kicking!

Ok here it goes...I am who I am without apologies. What I look for in people is honesty. Telling lies is way too much work...you have to remember what you said and who you said it to....like I said too much work. If your cheating on your partner...you'll cheat on me and oh by the way I will tell. I work hard all day so I like to pamper myself when I'm home. I don't eat red meat, but I'm not a vegan. I'm Wiccan...a true Hippy ( a lifestyle not a trend) Love my kitty cat. I am NOT a Mother. I have baggage thats true but it's not excessive. I have been married twice, the first ended in diviorce (he cheated) the second I was widowed ( I didn't do it). I have lived alone in the same place for over 10 years. I have two successful businesses that I have cultivated all on my own, which leaves me all the time I want to do the things that make me happy. I travel as much as possible, be it locally in New York, or as far as I can go without losing my cash influx. Money is a means to an end not a life endevour to stack it up...like the song says...you don't see hearses with luggage racks. I have never been accused for being high maintenence but I like things the way I like them.
