Enrolled at Albright and became a special education teacher with focus on behavior and emotionally challenged boys. I'm not sure who was challenged more, me or them. Would love to someday start a business from the ground floor and to take the time now to pursue the possibility of a close adult relationship. It might sound like a cliche, but I would really like to fall in love, just one more time. My kids are older, and they will always have my love, but now I find myself with an excess of love that I would like to share, with a sharing man.

I am 69 years old and retired. I am 52" and weight 135 lbs. I am a little over weight right now but I am working on losing it. This is the most I ever weighted in my life.

I have two dogs, one cats and four frogs so I guess you would say I am a animal lover.
I like going to my cabin in the mountains. I also enjoy the
beach. I enjoy staying home too, especially in the winter
sitting by the fireplace.
I go swimming, boating and jet skiing on the lake by my cabin.
I also like to go camping in my camper.
I like to watch Si-Fi, Mystery, Drama, shows on TV.

I love nature, taking random walks, going to the casino, going to flea markets, thrift stores, yard sales, civil war memorabilia, war movies, anything airplanes, reading books and watching movies at home. I love mostly love cats or dogs. I have a good sense of humor and I love to laugh. I am not aggressive and I am not violent to women. That is not my nature at all. I drink beer and whiskey daily in the evening but I do not drink and drive. I have no serious health ailments and I am very energetic.

I'm flexible--a lot of the small details don't make me sweat; however, if one of my values is violated will let you know. I love to walk, hike, laugh, laugh, laugh and make daily efforts to stay fit but I'm not a fanatic. Also enjoy watching news-related TV (still miss Russert and Snow) as well as a few shows such as Crimnal Minds and listening to Car Talk and What Do You Know? Enjoy going to the movies and even the theatre from time to time. Most importantly I have spent many years devoted to the upbringing of my two children and it has started to pay off . Always wanted many children and was blessed with the two I have. I make a lot of sacrifices for them and I do not regret it even if at times it has meant adjusting professional goals. I think we owe that to our children up to a point.
I am paradoxical in some ways: down to earth yet intellectual; love peace and quiet yet occasionally need wild and crazy; a coffee snob yet not the least bit arrogant; nonconformist in presentation but underneath traditional in most important ways.

I have 2 cats. They are a bit crazy, but its easier to leave a cat and go away for the weekend than a dog.

I think I am friendly, adaptable and easy going. I am almost never down or gloomy. I like going out to dinner and once in a while a movie. I enjoy getting together with friends and family and also meeting my new friend's family. I work for the State of PA. I read a lot (mostly historical novels). I am known to read and watch TV at the same time. I watch FOX News, Discovery, HGTV, Animal Planet, Seinfeld and sometimes old movies. I even enjoy watching a good football game now and then. I tend to be conservative when it come to politics. Painting is my hobby and I love the PA mountain scenery, especially in the fall. My two children are grown and I have two grandchildren (twins) that are grown and on their own as well. I have sisters that live in other states and we usually get together at least once a year to do something memorable like a trip to the Vanderbilt Estate, or Falling Waters in western PA, or the train to the art museum in Philly. Anything is fun when you are with someone that is special in your life.

I'm just a woman who is looking forward to starting a new chapter in my life, and possibly sharing it with the right person. I believe I'm very open-minded, trustworthy, honest and have a good sense of humor. I love to be around people who make me laugh. They say laughter is the best medicine and I believe that to be true.I 'm pretty laid back, enjoy staying at home watching movies, possibly in front of a cozy fireplace with a nice glass of wine but also like going out, trying new restaurants & foods and meeting new people. Friends say I'm very patient, freindly, sympathetic and very out going. I enjoy trying new things and exploring new places. Every once in a while I like to go a little crazy. I try to work out regulary. I like keeping myself busy working on the house, yard, car or the computer.
