I was married for 41 plus years before my wife passed away on 1-4-07. She was my best friend and companion, my daughter told me Dad it is time for you to move on and start to date again. Easier said then done, for things have change since I dated 42 years ago. I am 67 but people tell me that I look around 56, 57 which makes me feel good. I like to go out to eat now and then and have a glass of white wine with my meal. I like the Pats and the Redsox but prefer to watch football on TV then baseball. The pitchers can draw a baseball out and then it is boring to watch, for me anyway. I like to go down to the seashore and listen to the waves hitting the shore, it is so relaxing. I like to go for walks, I walk 4 miles every day weather permiting. I like to go to dances now and than mostly to watch as I am not the best dancer in the world but get bye. I like to go to a movie or better yet rent one and watch it in the comfort of home. I have a sence of humor, you cannot take yourself to seriously. I enjoy the simple things in life.

And how was your day? Sure, I'm supposed to blab about myself, but getting to know someone is important to me. Good conversation. Depth. Feeling.

But seriously, I'm not always serious. I have been known as a wild and crazy guy. Never mind how long ago that was, I still like to laugh.

IT is my profession; my muse is my passion --writing, telling stories, composing/producing/playing music.

Exercise and eating right (just sensible -I'm not a fanatic about this or that diet) are high priorities. And having fun, finding reasons to laugh are also high on my list.

Outdoor activity is a must at least when the weather cooperates. I learned how to roll a kayak last summer --ok -got the basics. It definitely takes practice, but I just wanted to mention it to you re: my sense of adventure.

Movies, theater, concerts are good reasons for me to be indoors.
