My interests include: running, reading, listening to music (mostly to classic rock but do listen to other kinds), like to dance, camping, fishing, plays, tennis & skiing (although it's difficult to find someone who is on your same level for these two activities), good movies, hiking and going for walks just to talk about everything under the sun, cooking if I have a good recipe (I make the best green chili ever) or so I think and biking. Bottom line is to just have fun!

I am a Viet-Nam veteran and graduated from the University of Wyoming in 1977 in Graphic Design (I still dabble in freelance work. I quit drinking about 3 years ago SO NO HEAVY DRINKERS, PLEASE. Most of my family live in San Diego except for one sister in Fort Collins, CO. I have one daughter and one son.

I have no interest in traveling to other countries(maybe England) since I saw a lot of places while in the Navy. I like to experience other states if the timing is right though.

Oh yes.... I'd would rather listen to people who are interesting than people who like to talk for the sake of listening to themselves.

For me, every day is a new adventure. When I experience new friends, countries and cultures or ski down a great run or, more recently, watch camels herds being traded or tigers in the wild, I am thankful that I have the opportunity, good health and freedom to be there.
I like doing, not watching: skiing as well as sailing and traveling, taking classes, lively conversations, a great performance, theater, dancing. I seldom watch television.
I love adventure (mild) traveling; destinations are negotiable. I enjoy seeing wildlife or unusual destinations. I was fortunate to observe a pair of Bengal tigers doing their mating dance at Ranthambore last fall. Incredible!
Volunteering is always rewarding.
I never really learned to cook well but I am a terrific helper and follow some directions well. Occasionally I read cookbooks and try recipes, with variable success. Despite my culinary limitations, small, intimate dinner parties are my favorite way to entertain.

Im like most people on this site looking for that special person. Friends would describe me as active, spontanous adventureous and enjoys a good laugh. I would describe myself as down to earth, diverse in interests, willing to try almost anything. Definitely not your couch potatoe person. Love to share good times with friends and family. Love to laugh and enjoy a good joke or comedy. Once Im your friend will do anything for ya.
I love the Denver metro are because of the attractions sports, and the arts. Developed a love of symphonies due to Christmas music, and have seen the Nutcracker Ballet and in August 2011 saw the opera Faust in Sante Fe. Now I want to see Phantom of the Opera.

I'm an outdoor kind of guy...I like mountain biking, hiking, camping, horseback riding, river running, XC skiing, and fishing. One of my favorite things is hiking or riding to a hilltop and watching the sunset - especially if there is a special person there to share it with me. But I also enjoy the finer things such as attending plays, seeing a good movie and even dressing up and going to the symphony!!! I'm more than willing to try something new or challenging!
I enjoy a good restaurant, but also enjoy a good home cooked meal at home and I'm not a bad cook myself.
I try to stay physically fit and put on alot of miles on the bike as well as play handball or racquetball too. I enjoy horses and was raised on a ranch and worked with horses alot as I was growing up. I love dogs but currently have none. I'm also a woodworker so I'm always making something large or small.

Simple pleasures, beauty in nature and justice for the mistreated are some of the things that stir me emotionally. A good book or movie entertains and some spectator sports are on my list as well as live theater and dining. I used to fish, but haven't for the longest time. I am interested in what others enjoy in life.

I'm a very easy going person. I Get along with most everyone (Really haha) I'd have to say I'm most passionate about my two children whom most people think I did a great job raising! I get complimented on them all the time! You'll see-They're Awesome! I Love to do a lot of things so it's hard to pin point a few, I Love to shoot pool, watch football, shop antiques, play cards, hang out at my sisters ranch, lay by the fire with a handsome man (would that be you???) I just enjoy making life fun and really it is what you make it! I'm a firm believer!
