Things I like to do: Lots of things. Nuff said? Of course not. Sightseeing (I've been to Mexico, England, Spain, Budapest, Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, and if you someday want to propose to me at the top of the Eiffel Tower....score! LOL I've been to many cities in the US, weekend trips, big trips), movies, concerts, museums, shows, antiquing, auctions, parties, social events, entertaining (black dresses and jeans with sneakers too), shopping(sorry, but I love to do it alone anyway.), cuddling by a warm fire in the winter with some wine, brandy or a great martini, traveling to see family (I raised the kids to be TOO independent, I guess...), boating, walking and hiking (take it easy!). I am game to try lots and lots of things.

I'm a Maine girl at heart and lived there for 47 years(therefore I have great ethics and values), though I was a "native" of CT. I raised my three children in Maine, a perfect place for that.

I love what I do and teaching music has kept me young, and full of life AND humor.

No photo and no description? Why bother... and while it's great for the ego to get lots of flirts, why not just write if you're serious about my response? I am not into serial dating and want my last "first" date with the man I know is out in the jungle.

I do get a kick out of guys who take their photo in the bathroom mirror. Never thought of that....glad too! Of course, I can tell a lot about you by what is on your sink (it can be pretty frightening!) Hats and sunglasses? Where are those windows to the soul? Entice me more with your eyes and face.
OOOOPS....almost forgot. I love a man with manners and who takes pride in the appearance of himself and his home (this translates to "please no compulsive hoarders." Yes, you can tell, I'm sure. "Been there done that.") With a computer dating site, PLEASE write some real words instead of "liking my photos" or sending a "flirt." If you live on the other side of the country, concentrate on those women. I know you have great ones too! Seriously, a real and personal note from someone within commuting distance goes so much farther. I just delete canned options. Include a picture too! Pleas
