I am a caring, compassionate woman who is intelligent, curious, very active, playful with a good sense of humor. As much as I love to be playful and laugh, I also love to be involved in an intellectual pursuit in a conversation, a lecture, a class or other avenues of learning. I am as comfortable in the city exploring other cultures, museums, ethnic restaurants, etc as I am hiking in the woods, sailing or playing in the dirt in my garden. Music that I love is folk, jazz, classical or oldies. I am liberal in my politics and idealistic in my passion for equality for all people.

I am looking for a man who is caring and compassionate. It is important that he is intelligent and actively involved in life. I would like someone who is passionate about what he does, is respectful of himself, of me and of others around. I would like to share with him a love of learning, of giving to the world, of exploring the unexplored. Laughter and a positive attitude are high on my list.
