A little about me...
i'm retired after 30 years of working at OPPD. i enjoy doing things outdoors. i live on a lake and enjoy swimming, when the water is a bit warmer. i like hiking, bicycle riding and especially riding my motorcycles. i also like to garden...indoors i love reading and listening to music and watching movies. i do volunteer work at my local high school shooting video for various events and do a little tutoring too. i get far more than i give and being around the kids helps me to feel younger. it's a lot of fun.

About the one I'm looking for...
qualities that i am looking for in a relationship and which i hope i demonstrate in my life would include: honesty and openness, good communications, being friendly and helpful to others, being an authentic person, that is, being comfortable with who you are, not trying to be someone you're not. and being loyal to family and friends.

my friends and family describe me as being calm and sensitive, as being almost nonchalant in my actions. showing empathy,understanding and helpfulness to others and that i'm very loyal to those i care about. i am not an expert in theology but i believe in living my faith in all that i do. i believe in jesus and try to live by his teachings and example. my favorite parables are the good samaritan and the prodigal son. i have 1 rat terrier mixe adopted from rescue shelter.
