A little about me...
I am still in school..seems I can't get enough! I have taken the long road to my master's degree and I am almost finished. I do my best work when most people are sleeping. I laugh my way through that most days. My day job involves keeping my family - kids, dogs, cats, and friends all well cared for...and motivated!

I love sharing my kitchen with friends and family and even the occasional stray neighbor. I am open, honest and direct - some for the good and I hope not too much for the bad.

I love traditional holiday gatherings and I like singing (not perfectly) with my kids and anyone else who dares when we are in the car, the family room, or the park. I love music, but not obsessively - in fact - I am obsessed with very little - maybe just with at least catching the NY Times headlines daily and making sure I stay on top of any signs of social injustice...I don't shake my fist at the sky though. I try to stay informed about most things. I love being outside, though I hate the cold weather. I love the spring and fall, love iced coffee in the summer and hot cider in the fall.

About the one I'm looking for...
You are a kind, smart, funny individual, who takes his appearance only seriously enough to be comfortable in all settings. (Good Hygiene is a must). Great manners, poise, charisma...ok really it just boils down to chemistry. But please own at least one suit!! Hah!! I love living in jeans, and I do right now, but I also love dressing up once in a while and going out on the town. Please like kids, animals, and sunshine. Please like movies and going to a Broadway show once in a blue moon. Please be creative and thoughtful - a gentle and kind soul. Please don't mind that I am sometimes a night owl and sometimes pooped out at 10pm. Please like to read, to take life as it comes, to share. I do.

I'd just like to add...
I am part of the sandwich generation - at 54, I have 6-year-old twins, and a Mom in her 80's. They are all loving, wonderful people, and they are very important to me. I do have babysitters and I do get to kick up my heels!!
