A little about me...
I don't take life lying down, never have. I am a solid, passionate man, full of life, youthful in appearance and attitude, seasoned by hard experience… the best kind. Constantly working on mindfulness, kindness, acceptance. My highest priorities are my human relationships, starting with family. I thrive on creative work, travel, exploration, discovery. I'm adventurous, reach for the horizon. Let's discover something together! I'm a planner who enjoys being spontaneous, disciplined but flexible, love humor and the light side of things but know the world can be scary, so what are we going to do, hide? Not me. I gravitate to science, theater, enjoy hiking, cooking, wine, scotch, articulate informed company, a good joke, exercise. I think about my purpose. I laugh out loud, love wit and banter, need color, appreciate worn-in leather, seasoned wood, anchors, brass propellers, B-25s, tropical plants, handcrafted old restored stuff that adds a classic touch, a fighting albacore on the line, city light views from a distance, lightning, my motorcycle, my cat, home-grown tomatoes, skipping rocks, writing, reading, learning, upbeat energized music, and revel with an armful of warm girl. Not necessarily in that order. Athletic, trim, fit.

About the one I'm looking for...
You are physically fit and emotionally strong and grounded yet sensitive and aware; on good terms with most people and things (your tolerance has limits though); you're reasonably tactful, diplomatic, but direct and blunt when the situation demands it; and can occasionally be somewhat edgy and spontaneous. You’ll occasionally just lose it with laughter and mirth. Capable of giving in to your passions. You dance for the pure joy of it, love color, the myriad hues of nature, wildflowers, baby quail, and fresh breezes. You’re on this site because you decided you’re ready, willing, and able to allow the "right" man into your life . You're holding the line and determined not to compromise. You are attractive, shapely enough, well groomed, educated, open minded, and have cultivated good, reliable friends who have your back as you have theirs. You have faith in the richness and fullness of life that genuine love and mutual respect can generate. You can complicate my life and paradoxically make it even happier then it already is, and vice-versa. Out there somewhere maybe we'll share a special dinner together, paired with a sensuous wine, to be enjoyed on the veranda while we watch the Tucson city lights twinkle their hearts out.
