A little about me...
My interests are in Spirituality, natural health, nature, animals, friendships and I pay some attention to the political arena (crazy as it is!) Hiking, kayaking, biking, wood fires, movies, The Blues, natural food and good red wine fit my lifestyle. And I might mention a meditation practice. I'm honest and have "done my work".
