A little about me...
ocean swimming is my passion.. workout daily in gym. love to kayak, bike , cook & garden. nature! very active. hate to shop. boredom is my worst enemy.

my 3 adult kids all live in l.a. damn it! so i try to get out there every 6-8 weeks or so, especially now that i have a grandson. but my work keeps me here. the kids are all cool with that. iphone facetime is the greatest invention ever!!!

i work many hours- too many - but love what i do. anyone i'm with has to "get" that. but i do make time for "us".

oh- and one of the many benefits with my job- i get to go some good about causes close to my heart, including helping ailing September 11th first responders and forgotten returning veterans.
