A little about me...
Hi there! Being retired, I guess my main passion in life at this point is to just have fun and enjoy my retirement. I can have fun doing anything if I'm with the right person.I Personally, I enjoy entertaining friends and family with dinner parties and BBQs in the back yard, gardening, golf, and dancing, theatre, road trips and lots of other things. I'm open to new things and I'll usually try just about anything once. One is only as old as one feels, and I just don't feel that old!
About the one I'm looking for...
I'm looking for a man who also enjoys some of the things I mentioned above, who is intelligent, funny and doesn't take life too seriously. I'm looking someone who is socially liberal and fiscally conservative, educated, kind, and tolerant. Someone who is retired or close to it, and is ready to enjoy life. I'd just like to add...
I think a great relationship is first and foremost, based on honesty and trust. I don't lie to people and I don't like to be lied to. If you have those two things, everything else falls into place. I'm a fun loving person with a fairly dry sense of humor. I think Stephen Colbert, John Stewart and Louis Black are hilarious. Yes, I'm a Democrat and I usually don't get along too well with Republicans. I'm sure you've figured that out by now. lol I moved to Fargo about 9 years ago from out of state. I'm still trying to get used to the weather around here. I'm not sure if I ever will, but I'm trying! I can run my snowblower pretty well and I figure that's a good start. Life can throw some curve balls, but having the right person along for the ride can make it much more enjoyable. Although I never wish to get married again, I AM looking for a relationship that will ideally last for the long run. Are you out there?
