I'd just like to add...
I am a Detroit boy and have been in Maine for twenty years. Living in Detroit and raising two daughters on the lower eastside where 97% of the people had roots from Mother Africa, there was always a breath of humanity among these refugges of the Jim CROW South. The stories and laughter at the market or in the bank line will be in my DNA for life. A favorite was "short steaks, bad breaks and the only joy is dishwater detergent". I now am a college dj and tell these stories and play music unlike any other dj at the station. My home on Westport Island reflects my love of music and art. I ride my bicycles in the seven good months and jog also. I'm a former marathon runner and still carry my high school weight. I hike the mountains, mostly in New England. My daughter was an Appalachian Trail through hiker and I enjoy family hikes. My cooking skills are solid. After investing time in my family, I feel it would nice to find a partner. I have had many good women young and old teach me about culture and the value of respect for a women's place as mother of the human race. One thing I know is when a woman walks she don't look back and there ain't no use to beg.
