A little about me...

Does that help? As a nature lover i enjoy simply walking with my dog exploring a new trail. Would you like to join me? You also won't find me far from the ocean, either in it or on it. The smell of the ocean and seaweed are intoxicating.

I can find spirituality in a sunrise over the water, and peace in a Sunday morning with coffee, the crossword puzzle, and good music in the background. I have a bookcase in every room, a plant in every corner, and sometimes dog hair on the furniture.

About the one I'm looking for...
I'm looking for a man who is emotionally self-aware and financially stable; a man to cry with as well as laugh with; a man with a sense of curiosity as to what's around the next corner or over the next hill...one who sees life as an adventure yet appreciates coming home to a welcoming pet, a warm fire and a peaceful life. (And who isn't allergic to cats.)

I don't need perfection: "athletic and toned" scares me as I'm not. A few extra pounds is OK as long as you are fit and healthy; you don't even need a full head of hair, or 20/20 eyesight. You do need patience, a warm heart, a tender touch, a tendency to smile, a twinkle in your eye and a zest for life with all its challenges.

A short term friendship is first and if the chemistry is there, we will both know it.

I have two daughters with families, who live in other states, but I see them as often as possible.
