A little about me...
I've lived in NYC my entire life; have two sons, one who lives in L.A. (no, not "the business") and one close by, married with two children of his own. For the past few years, I have worked as a mediator and when opportunity arises, run workshops in communiation/conflict resolution. I guess I've always been passionate about good communication, through certainly as a youngster I wouldn't have understood it to me a passion of mine. A little more about me? I'm very curious, from the "who cares" to the bizarre . I enjoy having the opportunity to banter and love good discussions, especially being able to analyze a point. As of late, it seems that politics is the topic, but I guess that's not too surprising. I think of myself as a traditional woman with strands of nonconformity poking in and out of me.

About the one I'm looking for...
I'm looking for a long term relationship. Dating, at this point of my life, is a relatively new activity for me. It can be fun but it isn't how I wish to spend the rest of my life. I'm looking for a partner, who not only wants to be a partner, but enjoys being one. I'm interested in meeting a bright and sensitive man with a good sense of humor and one who enjoys his partner having these qualities as well. We will both have had many experiences with another or others, but we should want to develop our own special and exciting experiences.

I'd just like to add...
My family is very important to me and I am also fortunate in having some wonderful friends whom I cherish. I enjoy going out to restaurants, who doesn't? But having the opportunity to "entertain" friends in my home is equally pleasurable. I've always loved movies and the theatre and being able to travel is a special treat...whether it be a cosmopolitan city like Paris or experiencing a new culture in some way off place. Being a good partner and sharing my life with someone was always important to me and I wish to offer that and have that in my life once again.
