A little about me...
Love life and family, but being single stops me from having a dance partner and a traveling companion. I love Hawaii, a true romantic, flowers, cards and little gifts for no reason. I am a caring, devoted woman who loves one man and don't play games where love is involved. I love HI and lived there for 2 years before coming home to CA. I miss it so am planning on going back soon. I love the way family/ohana is important, and enjoy my volunteer work for the USO. I enjoy traveling and want to do more, cruises, and seeing the Panama Canal. "Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you are going to get", and I feel my life is like this. Also, "pink is my signature color", because being a female, it is my favorite color to wear. So, one can see, I do have a sense of humor, and I am a tease. I am retired from teaching now, so the second part of my life is now beginning.

About the one I'm looking for...
I am a one man woman, a romantic, down to earth person. I can dress to the nines, or dress for fun. Family or in Hawaiian Ohana, is very important, and want someone who feels the same way. I don't play games in a relationship, and I am a serious person in a relationship if the right man is there. I want a man who loves life and takes the good with the bad.

I'd just like to add...
Friendship first, dating then love makes for a good relationship. Getting to know one another, likes and dislike helps. I do not like a smoker, or someone who drinks all the time. Social drinking but not getting drunk is important to me because I don't drink. What a person has on the inside is more important than the outside, because the heart makes love happen. Religious beliefs are important too. But, it doesn't have to rule one's life. Faith is important to me.....If a person is large, that doesn't mean she or he doesn't deserve love. Also, if person must take medicine or has some aches or pains, that doesn't make a person bad to date. Acceptance of a person is important no matter what. But most of all, being happy, caring, loving and kind and not abusive are the keys to a great relationship. I love holding hands, hugging and kissing, and being my age, I know right from wrong, and when a person just uses you.
