Have lived my life centered around music, the arts and "romance" in all its various guises. Love being a grandmother and spend much time with my two grandchildren. Am a passionate liberal Democrat, a recovering Catholic and a retired music educator. I love to write, watch movies and talk to friends about ideas. Laughter is a favorite activity.

I am pretty easy going. I enjoy being with someone who makes me smile and laugh, who is honest with himself, who takes good care of his physical health. I'm not sure I want to ever remarry but I would like to find someone who wants to share his life intimately even without a marriage vow.
