A little about me...
Originally from Australia, I have relocated my home base back to Louisiana to be closer to family and my two grandchildren. I'm happily-retired, easy-going, confident, romantic and affectionate, love a good laugh, and enjoy my life immensely. I wouldn't change a thing, but would love to share it with a compatible gentleman who is seeking a loving, sensual, solid relationship sustained by intimacy, excellent communication and LOTS of laughter. I value family and friendships, am equally comfortable in jeans or the "little black dress", and enjoy all types of social activities from casual backyard BBQ's to formal black tie affairs. Could be just as happy snuggling up on a sofa watching a DVD with take-out and a glass of nice red. I'm open to experiencing and sharing other activities, interests and pastimes with the exception of "roughing it" outdoors, fishing and hunting ... would prefer to travel in a plane or fully-equipped motor home, or be on the tennis court or dance floor.

About the one I'm looking for...
Ideally, an active gent with a VERY good sense of humor who enjoys comfortable travel, is young at heart, kind, caring and affectionate. It would be great if he could cook up a juicy steak on the barbie! Would prefer a gent with a positive outlook, who has enjoyed a successful career, is retired or close to retirement, and is looking forward with anticipation to the second phase of a life well-lived. An interest in dancing (or learning to dance) is a must.

I'd just like to add...
My favorite Music: I still enjoy Simon and Garfunkel, Queen, Abba, Bee Gees, Eagles, Celine Dion among many others from the past few decades. i Like Rock 'n roll, Cajun, down and dirty blues, jazz, light rock, big band and spirited classical. Can't stand heavy metal, hard rock or rap.
Preferred Movies: Films with substance and a good story ... adventure, mystery, thrillers, romantic comedy, and occasionally a foreign film. Don't like gratuitous violence, truly obscene language, or sci-fi, and stay away from horror movies, slapstick comedies and teen flicks
