A little about me...
OK so I'm back, the move didn't go so well. I am back here in the lovely state of NH, haha not. I have a few things to fix and since people seem to be for the most part superficial, and don't see past looks to what is most important which is the soul. I often tell my grandkids that bodies fade, looks fade, so the one thing you have in life is your heart and your word. People that can't see past looks and actually see what is on the inside are not worth being in your life. If I leave this world I at least know I have left my grandkids with some important food for thought. So the only thing that has changed about me is I unfortunately lost all my teeth and am in the process of having them fixed, so until that happens I would imagine nobody would really want to date me. I wear my heart on my sleeve. If you close off your heart, you might miss the right person. I am brutally honest, caring, compassionate, great listener, love to laugh. I think we can make ourselves out to be basically perfect, we all know there is not a single person out there that is perfect. Actions always speak louder than words. About the one I'm looking for...
I really would hope it is not to late to find that special someone to share the rest of my life with. I have been single for 4 years and have chose not to date anyone, so I could figure out who I am and what I really want from someone. I will not settle this time. I would have to say that I had to many daddy issues and that is not what I am looking for, I want the person I chose to be with, to pretty much have the same values as I do and that they are looking for a long lasting meaningful relationship. I am not about changing someone nor do I want someone to feel they need to change me. Don't get me wrong, there is always room for change as long as it is good change. I hope there is someone out there that can finally be my knight in shining armor.

I'd just like to add...
With the little I have said above, I hope to find someone that can appreciate the little things in life as much as I do and loves the little things as well. You must love animals, children ( I am to old to have any, but I do enjoy my grandkids and my children as well), good conversation, someone who is attentive. I am not into someone who is all about themselves, it should be about both. Relationships are hard work and take the effort, time and appreciation of both people to make them work. Once you give up or get tired or just dont try anymore because you are comfortable, then I have noticed there is nothing left. Please prove me wrong guys and let me know there are still some wonderful men left in the world.
