A diversified man, I’ve crewed on a private yacht, been an executive chef, restaurant entrepreneur and now own a small horse-boarding farm. Crossing the Atlantic was a-dream-come true, and sailing around the Mediterranean provided a glimpse of history at every turn. Today, I run a restaurant and am comfortably settled in and participating in town government. Fine dining, cooking, going to shows at the Bushnell or Mohegan Sun, biking, traveling, getting involved in politics, are all enjoyable, but in my heart, there’s no place like home.
