A little about me...
I love the Ct. shore, birds and nature, wildlife,(four legged type). I'm a history buff, Civil War and Revolutionary War, (many say one in the same intwo parts). Love boats but don't own one. Just being by the water is very relaxing. Am not a control freak. I love the concept of partnerships, give and take. Respect for the other persons feelings and desires. Otherwise it doesn't work. I love writing but don't do it as much as I probably should. (My friends say the love my letters. The longer the better).

About the one I'm looking for...
I'm a middle of the roader politically. Don't like govt in peoples bedrooms much less womens bodies. Try and respect other peoples feelings and hope they would reciprocate.

I'd just like to add...
I'm not a big party person. A lovely weekend by a body of water somewhere and a wonderful,(albeit lovely good looking partner. Hey I'm a guy. What can I say)?, would be a slice of heaven for me and her as well I hope. And lastly but certainly not least, communication. Got to have it. Honest and open is the foundation of any relationship. Without it we're lost and what could start out seemingly well can only end in tension and misery. And sense of humor. Without humor in life, life is pale and bleak and colorless. The ability to laugh and laugh at ourselves and with ourselves guides us all over bumpy turbulent times and leaves us to forge on with grace and good feelings. Sense of humor a must!
