A little about me...
I have returned to Pittsburgh after living for almost seven years in South Florida. I have always said I would like to combine the weather in South Florida with the people in Pittsburgh, but I am happy to be home.
I have been self employed as an architect / educator in what you may know as green design, or sustainable design and development for over thirty years. I work internationally and love what I do, but it does not define who I am. I have seen a lot of the world, but there is still so much to see and do. I am driven by a desire to make the world a better place, in no small degree because I have seen much of the human condition, some of which I wish I could forget. I deal with all of it with a happy heart and a sense of humor I inherited from the greatest Mother who ever lived.
I most proud of raising two great kids from a very young age as a single parent, and consider myself an honorary member of the single Mom's club.
I haven't been in a serious relationship for some time, and coming home seems to be a good time to turn the page. I'd just like to add...
I am not a serial dater, or a player. I would rather stay single and enjoy my life's interests and passions than be in the wrong relationship. I am not a presumptuous man, but someone who works hard and would like to play hard. I am stable, but not affluent, and emotionally available to the right person. I have no desire to force anything that isn't meant to be, but am very willing to commit to a wholesome, fun and loving relationship.
