A little about me...
An Army veteran and self proclaimed corporate burnout I returned home to Maine in 2002 for the peace and tranquility and to be closer to my family. I love all that Maine has to offer from the snow covered mountains to the rocky coast. The sound of rain on the roof and the beach in the winter are two of my favorite things. I love the soft falling snow in the winter, don't like to shovel it or drive in it but I do like to walk in it.

My heels are in the closet right next to my booney stompers and I am just as comfortable in an evening gown as in jeans and a tshirt. An evening at the theater or "up ta camp" is okay with me and I don't even mind using the "facilities" but could you check it for spiders and make sure I have a light. Serious conversation is just as important as jokes and laughs and I have perfected sarcasm as a form of humor.

I have lived in Philadelphia, Alabama, Naples Italy and Dayton, Ohio and I spent 11 months and 5 days in Saudi Arabia during Desert Storm (but who's counting). I have worked for a local nonprofit law firm as the Director of Operations for the past ten years and am very involved in a worldwide fraternal organization. All of which keeps me busy but there is still something missing.

About the one I'm looking for...
Someone that enjoys life and isn't afraid to try something new. Someone to share things with; travel, movies, going for a walk, hanging out with friends and family or an evening on the couch.

I'd just like to add...
I don't mean to be rude but if the majority of your pictures include having a beer bottle or a drink in your hand I'm just not interested. Honesty is the best policy.
