A little about me...
I enjoy spending time with my son, meeting new people, spending time with friends, traveling, sports, weight lifting, reading, and evenings at home. I also enjoy hiking and camping, working on computers, eating out, going to movies, and staying current on what's happening on the world scene. Having taught history, world cultures, and geography, I'm pretty familiar with most of the world's current topics. I am interested in hearing from people the world over so that I can get a better understanding of events from another perspective.

I'd just like to add...
Having retired after 38 years as a Social Studies Teacher, Football and Track Coach, Technology Specialist, and Library Media Teacher, I finally find that I'm having the time to do all those things that most people have to keep putting off. Believe me, it's great. As the single father of a 14 year old, I get to face the wonders and challenges of father/son activities, relationships and aspirations (as well as exasperations).
