A little about me...
I asked family and friends for words to describe me. After paying them, I ran to my computer to share with you the good news!... Attractive, warm, compassionate, very funny, a great Mom and NaNa (cost me big!), intelligent, articulate, fun, adventerous and outgoing.

I have focused my energy on raising my girls. Now that they're grown, I am back to raising 'me' and having more time for seeking a mate rather than hoping we'll collide during a mad dash to the grocery store.

I place high priority on my children, grandchildren, and have close ties to a large wonderful family. I'm fit, active, happy, secure, upbeat and stable. I have a great sense of humor, am independent, intelligent, and have a lot of passion and compassion. I am seeking to enjoy good company. I believe beyond that takes time and ole' fashion getting to know each other.

PS.. I have a cat. I happen to be allergic, but O'Malley doesn't bother me. He will remain in the household as long as my daughter does. :o) Also, I stated I am a non-smoker (no suitable option) I smoke VERY occasionally if/when I drink - which is also extremely occasional. It is an old awful habit that only creeps up with a few cocktails. Otherwise not even a thought... Promise.

About the one I'm looking for...
He is confident (but not arrogant), down to earth, spontaneous, fun, secure and romantic. Mature yet playful and a boy at heart. He takes care of himself, stays active and enjoys children and family. Making me laugh… a plus! Belly laugh and I'm all his! He may not dance, but has an occasional desire to spin me around (preferably to music).

I'd just like to add...
What I seek today is much different than just a few years ago. Comfort is key. I am comfortable in my own skin, like who I am and I seek the same in a mate. There's no rush or changing to conform to what we want. We are who we are from the start. Hopefully what follows would be growth together.

I hope to share some interests, but also appreciate (and hope for) individuality. I enjoy music, hearing local bands, dancing, seeing plays, gardening, baking, the outdoors, photography, and would love a partner to seek adventure with. I dream of sky diving, scuba diving, seeing Hawaii and dancing to Reggae on a Jamaican beach with a Pina Collada (with a little umbrella in it) in hand.
