A little about me...
About 10 years ago I learned to dive and loved it! Along with diving comes travel which I enjoy tremendously. Learning about other cultures and going places I have never been is what I would do every weekend if I could, however real live tends to kick in and I have to work. I am an HR Manager that has worked my way into that position. I do not have a degree and have only some college under my belt. I work for a local Heavy Civil and Industrial Construction company. I find it very enjoyable to be a part of something that creates change and get a lot of satisfaction from being able to say I had a part in that change if only minimally. When I have time I work in my yard and get a lot of pleasure from watching my plants grow and bloom. I am a grandmother to three fabulous people and the Mother of two grown children that are (in my eyes) perfect. My closest friends are my elderly dogs (pathetic?) who have been there for my through thick and thin and continue to rally beside me ragardless of the fact that I'm seldom home due to the fact that I am a work-a-holic. Which maybe part of the reason I have been married four times (just trying to be honest here).

About the one I'm looking for...
I would like to meet someone that treats people well as a rule. Preferably someone with a career that is somewhat successful and does not feel threatened by a strong willed woman. Ultimately I think the person should enjoy the outdoors, good wine and going to nice places but is totally comfortable in casual atmospheres as well. I do not want someone that I have to mother, is too needy or jealous of my every move. I would hope the person I meet that will finaly hold my attention would like to read, is charming and attractive but not conceded with a huge ego.

I'd just like to add...
I still like things like holding hands, walking in the rain and having fun. Spending time together in the kitchen is a great way to get some time together to talk and learn about each other; I like to cook but do not often have time so my skills could probably use a little fine tuning.
